Nah. One of the actors/stuntmen who was also a military veteran kept talkin shit to napoleon (member of the outlawz) and it got to the point napoleon got fed up and they both went at it and then everyone including pac jumped on the dude and stomped him. The dude then went to his car to get a gun but when he came back pac and the outlawz already left. Not sure if that's why there's 2 different videos to this song because they eventually finished the other version too. But you may be right on why pac did this version too.... But I like this 360 camera version better than the other video.
