3:45 isn't it cool. They are literally reciting "Tabla (a type of Indian percussion instrument) bols (stroke sounds) ". All tabla sound strokes can be recited like this. They are kinda "Do Re Mi Fa...:" for Tabla.

These are called “Boll” . They are the beats of the Tabla ( drum) in classical music. Like the vocalist sing pure classical musical notes in different arrangements, the Tabla players learn the “ Boll” ( pronounced “ Bole”).
