Mayday is so insane, i love that song. You should check out die tomorrow, the revelation, wrong and envy from coldrain. They are such a great band. You should also check out crystal lake - the circle feat. masato from coldrain. It's one of the best songs from them. Also, great video. I subscribed!

Like I know I’ve been a metal fan my entire life and I do get that some people are only just getting into metal and that, but I do wonder how most the songs you react to you’re only hearing for the first time. But it’s the same with me if I ever gave RAP or POP a chance I wouldn’t know any of the songs today. But it’s nice to see more people getting into metal. It’s nice. 🤘🏼

I've listened exclusively metal for years, but I just kept a very small band selection. A7X, Trivium, and little lamb of god, a little All that remains, and some others. But I've just never listened to much "core" metal or death, or melodeath or a lot that I've done on here. I've just let this channel open me up to a ton of popular bangers I've missed over the years, and I'm loving the ride. Also I have a pretty good attention span. I was one of the people who could rock the same CD for 6 months after an album drops. I just didn't go out looking for new music too often. I just liked what I like and left it at that. We also had no rock or metal radio stations in my area in 15 years. I know now, I missed out.

This is a very underrated and under-reacted to song, so good! coldrain, Crossfaith, and Crystal Lake are like the holy trinity of badass current Japanese metalcore bands, and they have all worked together and featured on each others' songs. I think coldrain might be my favorite of the 3. Masato's voice is great for both cleans and harsh vocals, and the way he and Ryo kinda tossed the screaming parts back and forth at the end of Mayday is so awesome.
