Oh yeah, there would be crowds of protesters outside his shows, outside of music TV show when he made appearances, and the FCC was trying to censorn his music because they felt he was a danger to the youth. He speaks a bit about it in his music, in “Sing For The Moment” he touched on if a little bit. This mad already had to face obstacles that other rappers didn’t have to deal with, simply because he was a white guy trying to be a rapper, and on top of that he’s got agencies trying to censor him. Still #1 All time in sales for rappers. He’s truly the GOAT.

It wasn’t in the movie. The album came out around the same time the movie came out. Lose Yourself is what’s on the album. It’s shocking to me that y’all listening to this for the first time. Lol I’ve heard this when I was 13 and I’m 32 now. Also that album and the 8 mile soundtrack was one of the first albums I bought because I’ve gotten money for my birthday and I was able to buy a Sony DiscPlayer and those two albums. Definitely one of my favorite albums ever.
