Ellos son #Forestella🌳✨, "reyes de las armonías perfectas ", es un grupo Crossover Sur Coreano, integrado por: #ChoMingyu (tenor lígero, cantante de ópera y lider del grupo), #KangHyungho (Contratenor, sopranista y rockero, tiene una banda de rock llamada "Pitta", #BaeDoohoon (tenor/barítono y actor musical) y #KoWoorim (bajo lírico y cantante de ópera, actualmente se encuentra en el servicio militar hasta mayo del año que viene). Tiene mucho covers como este al que reaccionaste, pero también tienen canciones originales de ellos como son: Save our Lives, Utopía, Apocalypse, Kool, White Night, Snow Globe, y muchas más. KBS Immortal Songs (I'll say IS) is a kind of remake rendition competition show for legendary musicians. Usually, someone living legend in Korean music is invited and 6~12 teams compete with a rendition of the songs related to the legend. But sometimes there are episodes inviting nobody and having specific themes. Now it's changed a little, the numbers of teams to 5~15. IS diversed the invited artists more like not only living legends but also popular young artists. Each episode has a winner by audiences votes. At each half of the year, there's a King of the Kings episode (I'll say KoK). At the KoK episode, the winners from each episode through the half of the year (and through the year) compete with each other with any cover they choose. So in KoK, no legend is invited. This Bad Romance was for KoK of the first half of 2022. Forestella broke the record of their own by winning it for the 5th time in a row in KoK. The stage was bigger than ever because it was a KoK episode after covid situation officially ended. Usually it was held in KBS hall, much smaller than where this video was filmed. Forestella began to be known to the world with their Bohemian Rhapsody and they have beautiful renditions of Heal the World, Scarborough Fair, We are the Champions, Smooth Criminal, Bad Romance, Despacito, etc. in IS. Actually they are very strong competitors in this kind of music competition shows. They also had awesome performances in Phantom Singer All Stars (I'll say PSAS) in which JTBC invited all the Phantom Singer finalists groups and had competitions among crossover groups from Phantom Singer series. Their Shape of you is a MUST-SEE performance. They sang it in 3 different languages- English, Spanish and isiZulu (one of the African languages) there. And their Time in a bottle, Je suis malade and Inner Universe in PSAS would be also stunning.
