This IS a great song. But the Official Video took the song to another level. The Casting for the video was FANTASTIC. The Mom, the Daughter, even the Masseur (a male Masseuse) was great. And the boy, wow. Every person in the video was PERFECT. You should check it out. Because as good as THIS POST is, it will be more understood when you see the reasoning for the song. LOL. Great Post.

I was the varsity football coach and my nephew was a star player on the team. He came over for dinner after practice one night and we were gonna watch the Home Run Derby on TV. My other half…his aunt…was a 34 year old 5’7” 107lb brunette with legs to die for. She made the comment that a few players were always at the house to “study” with my daughter. Her nephew laughed and she asked why??? He said…Aunt Lisa…you’re a MILF… She has ZERO idea what that meant. ( this was 2004) That term was not frequently used in those days. She asked what he meant and I immediately grabbed my plate of food and went to the TV room. He blurted it out and she was mortified. It was hilarious.

5:30 I went to school with two boys that were cousins, and their moms were identical friends. They were seriously STUNNINGLY beautiful, even all of us girls mouths hung open when they walked up to pick their sons every day. The boys would drool, us girls would stare in disbelief and idolization, the moms stared with jealousy, the dads didn’t even try to hide their stares, and even the priest at our Catholic school would have a look on his face like he just met Jesus for the first time. 🤣🤣🤣

OK so, this song and especially the music video, are both a huge homage to 80s band The Cars. From the intro guitar, to the 'i heart ric (ocasek)' license plate, the kid that looks like Ric, Nu Wave magazine, and the end video sequence taken right from the movie Fast Time at Ridgemont High which featured a Cars song. Unfortunately Ric and his wife the other supermodel Paulina Poriskova declined to appear in this video.

Just about every boy around 14 or 15 years old has a Stacy's mom. Matter of fact, it happened to me twice. 15 years old and my friend's mom had been flirting a little here and there for the past year and one day I knock on the door asking for my friend. She cracks the door and tells me to hang on for a second. She comes back, opens the door wide and is in a thin night gown with nipples out. I almost panicked. She asks me if I want to come in and wait.......well Jay was gone out of town. I got scared and told her I would come back. And she was hot.......whoa.

I'm not trying to kill the mood.... This is just what actually happened. I had a friend named Cody. His mother was a sixth grade teacher and she happened to be my home room teacher. She was the youngest teacher at the school and she was gorgeous. It was a typical all the guys wanted to see her and all the girls wanted to be her situation. But as most teachers are she was completely above and unaware of all of that.... At least so far as we knew. But oh my God did Cody used to get so upset at how many people would tell him how hot his mom was. And then the first winter after she was my home room teacher. She was going over A bridge that crossed railroad tracks beneath. She hit black ice and her truck went straight over the guard rail. Witnesses said it was literally like she was there 1 second and just gone the next that's how quickly it happened. She did not survive.
