Wishing you and the Taylor family a Happy Christmas! I just listened to Luke Bryan as you suggested. He did deliver an emotional performance, for sure, but I can't say I agree with you about his version being more emotion, at least not in the vocal. Luke had the backing of piano and an orchestra to heighten the emotional impact. So, impossible to compare it with an a cappella group. I think HF's incredible vocal harmonies and the bits of complexity they added here and there made it something very special indeed! Brought tears to my eyes, at least. Love Home Free!!!

Loved the bell tones. As you said Tim and Austin killed it. Yeah there are some songs where Adam just sings and that’s ok. He actually sings a little bit in their beautiful rendition of How Great Thou Art (which is fabulous). This is beautiful. The church is beautiful too. I love their version of Angels We Have Heard on High. It’s in the same church although they’re sitting in the pews. Great reaction Taylor. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas.

Tim and Austin were so good, with wonderful backing vocals from the others throughout. Nice arrangement with individual touches. For quite a few people, the ultimate "Oh Holy Night" experience is the version by David Phelps. For the New Year please check out Auld Lang Syne by Home Free...

Luke is a nice guy (my son is in the music business in Nashville & knows him) & his version is beautiful but I have to politely disagree with you about him singing it with more emotion. Also, as Dot.E said in these comments, Luke had an entire orchestra behind him. Home Free does it with just their incredible, angelic voices & in this, they have 5 part harmonies since Adam is also singing instead of any beat boxing! There's nobody anywhere who sings with more passion on every song than Austin! These guys grew up in church & Austin's dad was a gospel singer; so that's why I believe Home Free's version is the best I've ever heard!😊 I always love your reactions & look forward to more after Christmas. I have some great country suggestions! Merry Christmas once again to you & your family!

I'm a Home Fry and love this version of the song. But as a Swede I must vote for the great Swedish opera singer Jussi Björling singing it in Swedish. It's a tradition to listen to his version of it before bedtime on Christmas Eve

Oh dear, you have not heard Tim sing a lot? We certainly can't have that. They still have winter songs available - not Christmassy, just winter. I've already suggested Tim and Peter Hollens singing "Greensleeves" to you, on another reaction. I think you would really enjoy hearing Tim singing with Chris Rupp (whom you saw in this video--he's Adam's brother, and he started Home Free, then dropped out in 2016, bringing Chance in to take his baritone part). Chris has quite an amazing range, himself, and is extremely talented at arranging, and he also plays piano and guitar. Anyway...you migiht like this... Well, first of all, I like Pentatonix better than Home Free (sorry, Home Fries), but I had to listen to this one because it's my all-time favorite Christmas hymn. The words "Fall on your knees" 'bout brings me to mine. Secondly, following your suggestion, I listened to Luke Bryan's version.... I can't decide which one I like better---they're both so good---they're pretty different....
