Welcome to Jinjer rabbit hole. It is first song with going in you play list, but believe, it's not a last one. Check Perennial live in Wacken, and we will tell you what next

I have loved and listened to music for over 55 years and I have been a musician myself for around 40 years and before I heard Jinjer for the first time 6 years ago, I didn't like music with screaming and growling etc., even though I listen to very different styles of music , but since I heard and saw Jinjer with this song for the first time, just like you did now, I fell in love with this band. They are absolute world-class musicians, very humble, very likeable, everything about the band is just right! They come from Ukraine and had to flee from their hometown because of the Russian invasion in 2014, and everything has gotten even worse with the current war since 2022, which is why they were still touring the world as ukraines ambassadors with their music!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanx for your reaction and welcome to the JINJER FAMILY. lovely greetings from germany

Welcome to Jinjer. Tatiana is a vocal Goddess and the band is amazing. To appreciate how good this band is, react to their live material. I suggest "Perennial" live at Wacken. Good reaction (Subbed)

Welcome to the Jinjer adventure. Hearing any Jinjer song for the first is very much like being on a thrill ride. I have been a Jinjer fan for 6 years now, I have never been so fascinated with any other band or artist for that long before. Ever Jinjer song is unique and can be unpredictable. Many of the bands songs are a Jazz metal progressive fusion.

This band and particulary Tatiana (the singer) has that ability - to turn growl-phobic person into growl-liker. Many of their fans didn't like growl before Jinjer.

Yeah I'm one. I'd heard some others including female growlers so I wasn't surprised she could do it, but was never into any growls until I found Jinjer.

@j.f.fisher5318 I liked a bit one of Tatiana's favorite female growlers Sandra Nazich of Guano Apes. A bit of Phil Anselmo. But that's it. Growl in general never was my cup of tea. Now I like it, in some casesI like it pretty much. Not only Jinjer, I discovered other great bands with harsh vocals.

I love watching ppl react to jinjer...but its like songs I'm not a big fan of...none of those songs are on this list...so I'll take a dive...

Tatiana is a master of switching between her normal vocal fold singing and false vocal fold screams, which is how she achieves such a clean change of sounds...

I'd listened to a lot of industrial for the complexity of synthesizers, but I love how human their music is and the guys give more satisfying complexity with their three guys on instruments than most bands accomplish with synthesizer in the mix. And Tatiana... that contrast between cleans and growls is addictive. Perennial at Wacken is the perfect follow-up. Pisces has some editing in post but Perennial has a lot less (just some light clean harmonies added in a couple of spots that aren't in bootlegs of the show)

New sub. Jinjer is a legit great band. Tati is a force to be reckoned with. More Jinjer, please!

I have to subscribe since you indicated that you are up for more Jinjer. It's the law. Quickly perusing the other comments I only have one suggestion, that you watch the official video for Pit Of Consciousness first before the Live in Kiev version, which is incredible, because the black & white cinematography is awesome.

Another band that goes very well with my Jinjer play lists is Ignea, who are also a female fronted Ukrainian metal band.

Yeah buddy, jinjer is amazing. Just as good live as well! When they came out as proud ukrainians with ukranian flags it brought tear to my eyes knowing they travelled to Norway during the shit that is going on there. The drummer Vlad plays some amazing ghost notes!!!!

Nobody show him Harper's "Falling" 😉 (I don't think it's all that good, but as she was only 10 when she made it, she's clearly the future of Metal screaming 😉 )
