Joan Jett is still rocking it at 64 years old. I saw her in concert last year and posted some videos from the show including this song on my channel. I'm going to see her again this year on June 9th and June 11th as she will be opening up for Bryan Adams.

You can really tell the difference between official video and live concert I guarantee the first time anybody that suggest watching the live videos heard the studio version first 🤓 oh yeah and I love Joan Jett and the Blackhearts

Joan Jett started in her teens in a group called The Runaways.Another band member from that time is Lita Ford,a badass in her own right..Check out her song called,Can't Catch Me! It's high energy fire!🎙🎸💋🔥Also,Lita dis a duet with Ozzy Osbourne called,If I Close My Eyes Forever that is worth checking out!👊

Joan was a punker at heart, but couldn't escape the hair-band look of the '80's. You can her up with '80's versions of Axl Rose, Steven Tyler, Bret Michaels, Vince Neal - Big hair, make-up and tight leather, baby!

Yeah cool song and all, but Im always watching that blue 'Sparkle Top' Gibson Les Paul Standard that one guy is playing. Dammit that is nice! Joan is also playing a Gibson, hers is a 'double cut' Les Paul Special. They are lighter and thinner than a Standard. A few years ago Gibson Guitars put out a Joan Jett Signature Series Les Paul Double Cut. Joan herself was involved with the design and electrical components. It had all the wear marks and paint chips that her original one has. And she signed each one. Production was limited to 500 guitars. They were $15,000 (I think) + Shipping/Insurance. They sold out in the pre-order phase! Not a single one made it to stores. Yeah... I would say Joan Jett is iconic.
