Rhinestone cowboy has many meanings. Doom is comparing himself to Glen Campbell's "rhinestone cowboy" a cowboy with fake gems all over his attire. It's also social commentary on gangsters in rap or in urban areas in general whom are all "rhinestone cowboys" with their jewelry and 9mm guns. It's a shot at the culture but so damn clean
