Not only is Lucy’s voice off the charts. The way she theatrically uses her body language , facial expressions and eye movements makes her a Jedi master at conveying the storytelling and the emotions of the song! Just phenomenal and at age FIFTEEN!!!

The is the best rendition of this world renown song, that I've ever heard and from a young fifteen year old. And what about that super belt towards the end -- It lifted the roof off. Unbelievable!!!!!

Thank you for reacting to Lucy singing this difficult piece from Cats, Memory. Isn’t she just stunning? At a mere 15 years old and sings better than anyone else! You are so fortunate that Lucy lives a couple of hundred miles away so that you might catch her singing for a charity event or when Rosie the Musical opens this fall. Many of us wish that she was here in the USA. I will bring my family from East Tennessee this fall to wherever it opens in the UK. What a gift to the world is Lucy Thomas!

Well said Trent. I get the distinct feeling it won't be long before the world wakes up to Lucy Thomas. It may be that in the not too distant future, that you and your family won't have to cross the pond to the UK to see Lucy. I suspect there is something brewing behind the scenes that Lucy will be snatched up by a promoter in the US and see her on a grand tour of the United States. Watch this space, as they say.

Hi Kevin - great reaction and comments. Yes - mesmerizing is a good word - Lucy is always stunning but this is one of those that is stunning everytime I hear it. Her vocal skills are just from another solar system. She has the lead role in the delayed but soon to come "Rosie" Musical - Can't wait!! Have a good weekend.

Great reaction! Memory has been my favorite song from a musical for almost forty years, and I have heard it sung by a great many stage divas and famous professionals, but this version by Lucy Thomas is the only one I consider to be perfect. It can't be improved upon. She was destined for the stage.

Some reactors said she can be a Disney princess, but commenters wrote that it is not worth her talent. Lucy grew up with Disney movies: When she sings : The beauty and the beast Reflection ( Mulan) When you believe Let it go She did it because she loves these songs. She really can be a Disney princess as soon as Disney returns to its basics, family values...
