I have to admit that their debut album didn't get my attention but listening to it more and these songs have grown on me. All the girls are MINORS the oldest being only 18 years old and their sound matches their youth. Can't wait to hear more from them

Two of the members are adults, and the remaining three members are minors with the maknae in the same range as most 4th gen groups. Their sound is R&B + trap + padded synths. It's mature, laid back, but catchy. I've been a huge fan of all their music since debut and sincerely think they have redefined what kpop can be like in the only 6 months they've been active.

It seems like Ditto and OMG have some sort of storyline that's going on👀.. the girl Heeso is recording them throughout Ditto but at the end it turns out she was recording no one, nor was she laying with anyone on the couch and no one had signed her arm cast. In the umbrella scene the girls are looking at her weird. Now in OMG the girls are actually in a mental hospital and don't know who they are. So creepy😭, can't wait for their next comeback

Idk man, listening to ditto gave me the sad vibes and the ending really painted a picture to what I was feeling. It was relatable, understandable, both songs. It's like putting your faith in this one thing that is so fragile and easy to break. That uneasy feeling of fleeting happiness. It speaks volumes to their youth-like music. When you haven't experienced life long enough, lack confidence in yourself, you don't know what to do, where to go from here. That uneasiness with no direction. I do agree they have great voices. I recommend BOL4 for a similar tone and music. Music about young love, youth. The vocalist is amazing like new jeans as one person.

For all the things you said that's why new jeans are doing great oncharts, tik tok trending, apple music, and youtube charts as well (on spotify and youtube usa still charting currently), they become the 3rd group of kpop with more monthly listeners on spotify and currently the 2nd one, people outside of the "kpop world" like their songs, and also still charting on bb hot 100

Their debut didn't catch my attention but I really like their songs it's so refreshing!! Luke I don't remember if I've recommended her before, but I'd like to recommend a singer that you've never reacted to. BIBI, she's very talented and different than any solo artist I seen before, i hope you react to her soon im sure you'll love it. Check oit her song "Animal Farm" or "Vengeance", it's amazing!!

what i have learned about watching a lot of omg reviews is that people hate to watch ending credits, and they always just, paused the credits. i binged watch like 16 reviews of omg and like, 9 persons, skipped the credits as if they was nothing else to watch and didn't saw the hater last scene.

You stopped the MV short on OMG and missed the best gag at the very end. The mystery sixth girl with the camera in Ditto was the actress Park Ji-Hu, the female lead in the hit Netflix series 'All Of Us Are Dead' about a zombie outbreak in a high school (a must-watch). She also just graduated from high school herself this year.

Some trivia: Japan is Kpop's #2 market and Japan is the #2 music market in the world. All the major Kpop groups make Japanese versions of their MV's. The twist is the rap lyrics are in English! These versions are on YT. Found out about this watching a Blackpink live stream from Japan. Took a bit to realize they were singing in Japanese. Who knows one member of Twice is Japanese?

They are the current queens of kpop alongside Blackpink and they only have like 6 months. They are #1 everywhere, winning awards that groups only dream to have (daesangs) and breaking records from left to right. They are under the same company as BTS (HYBE).. i like the song and the new type of kpop sound way more than the normal style i felt everything sounded the same except from BTS. but this is another group who stands out. but to me this group is little girls so i don´t really think it´s hard to grasp that they are singing it. and if they do this live is it going to be prerecorded? i man one of the members is only 14 and the oldest 18 i think. this type of music fit more mature girls i feel like idk why. but i get that they where created to be a musical band not a performance group like le serrafim. Hybe did good in not making them similar so they wont compete with each other. and i think when these girls do grow up they will be amazing. and also i realized that the image for these group is less flashy witch fits their young girl vibe. so they got something right. but even tought the songs ar better than kpop music i still don´t vibe with it. i would rather listen to american music or BTS. but their song cookie the lyrics was a little dirty. i also see this band release songs now and then without a big promotion and full albums every 3 month. but it seems like they will have a mv for each song with a storyline too. so that is also very different from the rest. it will hopefully be less competitive
