I adore Matt. I think he doesn't get the credit he deserves for filling Avi's shoes. His tone and abilities are different, but very similar to Avi's. In fact, I was told the only difference between them is Avi can sing one octave lower than Matt. He is always so joyful, excited, and full of energy!!!

Love them all, but without any hesitation, my pick would be Mitch. They are all incredible singers but Mitch's range, tone and vocal control make him a once in a generation singer. I would never pick one. Good Lord, pick just one? But I guess if there was no accompaniment, I'd want Kevin, because he can do everything. Also, he has so much kindness and character (I follow him on Instagram - check out his musings about his birthday yesterday, for instance) . But really, they are all just good people: humble, helpful, aware of the power of celebrity and their obligation to use it for good. I love Kirstin's "voice like a blade" (an Italian voice coach said that in a reaction, and he was so right), Mitch all the way from his tip-top angel voice to his golden low range (check out Amazing Grace), Scott with his enormous vocal power, spectacular riffs, and mellow delivery, and Matt with his amazingly agile, responsive bass and beautiful, soulful upper register.

Just a couple of comments... Mitch and Kirstie change up their look from one video to the next. And it is Kirstie, not Kristie. Rhymes with "thirsty." When you consider Kirstie's solo, this occurred after her time spent on Broadway in "Kinky Boots." She learned how to project her voice, to really "belt" it out. And this is a cover of the version by Simon and Garfunkle from literally decades ago.

Ok tough question and I will answer but turn around is fair play so you need to tell us who you would pick as well. The way you phrased the question is important because choosing is so hard. You said perform for us and on that basis I would choose Kirsten. She is so physically expressive both facially and with body language too. When she sings a solo it just rivets your attention the way she takes each note, each word and each phrase and makes you believe that word, note , phrase is the most important thing you will ever hear. I am not explaining this very well but there is an intimacy and affection in her delivery that is vary different from the others. It may be a gender based thing it may not, I don't know. They are all exceptional singers but performing is different than singing. When you listen to Kirsten it is as if she is singing just to you. That includes her eye contact and expression, the way she moves, the way she stands . When she goes for a difficult note or an important one her whole body gets involved. Her face is also much more expressive she has a little kind of half smile she does on one side of her mouth that has some very good musical reasons behind it especially in the pronunciation of certain vowel and consonant sounds but is also so incredibly attractive as if she is letting you in on a very personal secret or something to melt your heart. It is obvious she has studied acting and probably dance as well and it doesn't hurt that she is very attractive and pays close attention to how she looks. They all play with their clothing styles from one video to the next but I have never seen her look bad or rather I 've never seen her look anything but really fine whether it is in cutoff levis (Bohemian Rhapsody) or a elegant dress with plunging neckline (Can you feel the love tonight) or the "sparkly little Brittany outfit" in the sing-off show. I would be happy with any of them, very happy but if I have to choose one I would choose Kirsten.

Great reaction, I watched the whole thing. To answer your question, I probably wd not choose one. They create a special type of magic together. In either form. That's why, I don't listen/watch their solo stuff. Sounds stupid. But it sort of ruins that magic. The only suggestion I have is to make a playlist in the irder of your pentatonix journey.
