HF really does have a talent for upgrading the songs they do. I don't know if it is the harmonies, the lack of instruments which forces them to focus on the vocals, or the arrangements that take advantage of their voices, but so often their covers are much more enjoyable (for me, anyway) than the originals.

What a wonderful song this remains. Every time I not only hear it, but I feel it too! The emotion, the tenderness and the sadness that you hear in the voices Every part of every member is amazing! And of course the sublime beatboxing. The video is also so beautifully done. Yet a tear flows down my cheeks. I think of my partner who had his birthday on December 25, but died unexpectedly in January 2019 at the age of 60. But I hope that he has finally found the peace where he is now that he cannot find here on earth.

This was so beautiful! Always enjoy the songs that showcase all the individual voices. I have always loved this song when Home Free first did it on the "Sing Off" & then redid it a few years later. But I think this 3rd remake is my favorite version now.

They sang this when they were on the Sing Off then they did a full video 7 years ago and now this beautiful remake video is from their new album As Seen On TV which is all the songs they sang on the show for their 10 year anniversary when they won.

Oh, I forgot in my other comment. Now that you've seen this you might want to look for the video " Colder Weather-memory lapse ". It shows you a bit of their sense of humor and how they have fun performing and have no problem laughing at themselves.

That was so good. You should check out their tour dates for 2024. If they come anywhere near you, get tickets man. They are pretty reasonable. Lots of times they play smaller venues, which makes it more personal. I have seen them 3 times, and would go again if they came this way again. never paid over 39 dollars for tickets. You and Mrs. Whiskey would love it
