The last line of the song put everything in its place: "I didn't know I was crazy!" A very sad song. At first, the picture bothered me with something (it strained me, distracted me from listening). Then I felt a revelation in the voice of the singers. Everything fell into place in my head. The end, they completely made me sad. Thanks, guys, for the reaction. I was once again convinced that the first look at the subject is not always correct. A beautiful song. A sad song.

I've watched and listened to that Honeybee video so many times and it never gets old. That's unusual in itself. They had the winning formula right there. But sadly, IMHO, they have deviated from it greatly (especially Rabbit for obvious reasons). Really wish they didn't go through such a change in lineup, appearance, and serious melodies such as this song. Not into the goofy stuff they put out, songs about farting, etc. So this one song is what I'd call a 'one hit wonder'. If someone wants to transform, that's their prerogative. Sadly this version of Rabbit was pretty cool IMO, visually (physically and costume). Bummed that "the Jon" moved on. Sam Luke as "Hatchworth" was pretty cool as well. Oh well, can still enjoy this masterpiece.

Humor me for a second. As soon as I read the lyrics I felt like the environment didn't serve their performance good enough. With their amazing robotic/muppet style. This would've done better if they were all on a stage in front of the audience and the main singer started to tell the story of how he became conscious or alive once he saw the smile of that lady. The desire to be liberated so he could be with her. Where at the end of the music shows the lady leaving as the only audience who was watching the performance or at least the only person the singer sees in his world until she leaves him alone and he has to live with that lonely pain. Something in the tones telling me this has more like a circus vibes but a sad one. Like the concept of the clown making everyone enjoy their time but he is sad deep inside.
