There's a great podcast called "Song Exploder" and each episode features an artist detailing the creating of one of their songs, usually including original demos, etc. A recent episode was on this song and hearing the story of how it came together and listening to all the layers they added was fantastic. Definitely check it out if you're interested in the production of this beautiful track.
