The reason why most of the Hololive Lyrics seem to hit so hard is because most of them sing about their own lives and careers that lead up to them joining Hololive. Towas story is quite unique as she was inititally involved in a lot unfair controversy at the start of her Hololive career which eventually turned into massive support from the overseas fans, one of the reasons she become one of the first few Holo JP girls that wanted to speak more english to show appreciation and communicate with foreigners in her streams. Said controversy was one of the reasons why her concert with Error was such an emotional high point in Hololive history. To answer your question the girls stream on KZbin. It's in the "Live" tab on their channels instead of the videos tab which is a rather recent change on KZbin I believe? Another inside joke/wholesome meme with the community is that Towa is supposed to be a devil but she's such a sweet girl that everyone in chat always calls her an angel 🙂 As a final note I'll recommend Saga Jihen from Suisei and YOASOBI Monster on Koyori's channel once more 👍

There is actually a LIVE tab on KZbin that's next to videos, and that's where livestream archives are stored. Majority of Hololive stream on KZbin. Also, one thing I love about Towa is that her normal voice is such a fun contrast to her singing voice.

Here's something to blow up your mind: she was actually self-taught until recently. She only started taking lessons for the past year or so, for the release of her EP, Scream, as well as being now officially in an unit with Kanata, called ORIO. Also, all hololive talents stream mainly on YT, you were just on the wrong tab lol KZbin now has separated uploaded and premiered videos and livestreams, it's nothing hidden. As for Towa recommendations, FACT, EYE and Gira Gira are all amazing. If you're up to listening to a song without MV, My Roar is easily one of the best songs on her EP, but unfortunately it didn't get a video.

Music in Hololive is talent driven and there are hundreds of original songs done by the group and nearly 1000 cover songs. If they have an original song or original songs it's something that they've organized. They find the people they want to work with and organize the project with their personal manager. Hololive does have a music department now (as of this year) that helps facilitate things as well since some of them may not have the connections or experience already. It's difficult to comment on how much, or what, the music department is doing, but they seem to have semi-regular meetings with Watame at lest. Also yeah a lot of the songs can be really heavy. YAGOO said that part of the point of Hololive was giving a voice to voiceless girls. Some of them have been though a lot in their life and it can really tear through in their music. A big part of why I've always been pushing Watame's My Song in the comments. Absolutely tore at my heart knowing her history and hearing it. Streams are almost all on KZbin btw. Under the live tab. Only a few of them use Twitch and it's usually just for watchalongs of movies. Also if you have any plans to check out anything else from Watame in the future, I'd recommend Everlasting Soul. Watame basically takes over the vocalist slot in Myth & Roid for it.

The photo at 6:30 is actually a reference to her first 3D concert (I think) which was an extremely huge milestone for her. She had a very rough start because of controversy, and I believe she felt like quitting (might have been a different member that felt like leaving). Overseas fans supported her as much as they could, and she continued to push foreword because of that and some convincing from her gen mates, she even learned some simple English to communicate with us. She’s a real talented girl and deserves every bit of success and love she gets. TMT (Towa Maji Tenshi = Towa Is Really An Angel) Towa wants to be seen as “devilish” but she’s just too sweet and kind for that role so her fans tease her about it. Also good at FPS.

For some backstory on the production of this song, Towa's first cover songs were of "brilliant" and "-ERROR' by Niki, the person who did all the music-related stuff for Palette. Brilliant was her first cover, and -ERROR was the one that really exploded in popularity, so much so that niki basically said the song is hers now. Error is a song that's real emotional for her, and she sang it while crying in her 3D model debut stream. And in that 3d debut stream, there's a split second frame of her doing a jump-turn and smiling, and the image you see after Towa put on her hat in the Palette music video is the artist's rendition of it.

I may be a Suisei simp, but Pallet is up there in my top 5. Towa just knows how to make a rock ballet that compliments her deep tone. Also, all Hololive talents use KZbin as their main platform for live streaming karaoke streams, gameplay streams, MVs and super chat donation readings. Basically, you will only find their respective contents on their main KZbin channels. There, you can look at their schedule post in the community tab and see when they are going live. Lastly, if you want to hear Towa sing with someone else, then check out Towa's duet with Suisei😃

The Hololive talents generally choose their own support systems for their MVs, but the company can get them recommendations or connections. The talents also generally front all the costs, so they get to pick their lyricists, mixer/masters, instrumentalists, artists, animators, etc. Sometimes that system can come from within Hololive itself; Calli, for example, has asked her genmate Ina to do some of her art before as well as doing her own art and animations. There is no central production team. I also think many of them have asked Sora, the godmother of all Hololive, to play piano for them.

They recently announced the next holofes for 2023 and from the looks of it all of the EN and ID girls will be there to perform on stage along with the JP girls. As i havent seen anyone mention it i will give explaining pallete a try. If i remember correctly. Pallete is a love letter to her fans. Towa had a tough time at first. The small hat thingy is called bibi and is her mascot as well as the represantation of her fans. The last picture of the mv is based on a screenshoot from her first 3dlive (which was also the place the error recording you reacted too was from) that became very popular afterwards in a kind of "look she's happy we are so happy/proud for her" way. As for next reaction. How about Shallys from aki rosenthal? It's a very unique and different song.

Palette is such an amazing and emotional song, and it really speaks to Towa's personal struggles. One thing that I personally find kind of amusing regarding it, is that shortly after Palette was first released several of the other more singing-focused members of hololive did covers of it, and almost all of them made comments about it being a really hard song to sing, because it was made specifically for Towa's voice and Towa's singing ability. Hearing that from professional singers like Suisei and Watame and Irys really feels like a compliment and recognition of just how amazing Towa's voice really is.

You issue with finding the livesteams is KZbins recent catagorey change on channels. Videos are upfront, but there is a new tab labeled "Live" that contains all their livestreams. They stream from their KZbin channels. Towa is another one of my favourites. I recommend checking out Akuma, My Roar, or FACT next for her. She has quite a few songs and they're worth checking out! The MV's are paid from the talents pockets, and they choose who they work with for them, so each one we get is an absolute treasure and gift from our favourite artists and the teams they choose. Really loving your Towa reactions, she's my personal favorit singer in hololive because I just fell in love with her voice the first time I heard her which is also what finally pulled me into the rabbit hole. Her other "power ballad" like songs which most resemble ERROR and Palette in style are Hearts and Brilliant. This is actually because they were all made by the same vocaloid artist Niki. They have an abselute beautiful style which Towa also really loves which is why she covered the songs herself. For her special first original song, she then got together with Niki and worked together with them on it, resulting in Palette. The other songs or covers of her have notable different styles just so you know. If you wanna hear something completely different from her I recommend Bocca della Verità (ボッカデラベリタ) which is song with very high notes. Since you mentioned AZKi I can't not talk about her, since she's hololives full fledged musician. She's from INoNaKa Music, a music label which Suisei was also apart of and then was merged into hololive. She has published multiple albums and is really worth checking out. I guess Inochi would be the best song to start with, but she has made many collabs with other hololive members, like Towa (really recommend that too) as you've seen and they are all awesome. I really recommend collabs in general of two or even more members since its a really good way to introduce you to many members at once and give you a first impression. Also if you're reacting to AZKi pls react to her duets with Hachi, like ちゃんとあるよ, bc Hachi is also an abselutely amazing indie vtuber singer with many original songs and covers

Let's see, what to say about this one...I remember recommending this in one or 2 of my comments for the first point because I had a feeling, you'd enjoy it. When my friend sent me this after it came out, I had to listen to it twice, the first time just for the visuals and the second for the lyrics. As you said it truly is a beautiful song and like a good amount of the Hololive songs it's inspirational. At least when I listened to it one of the things that hit me the most was the moment right before she gets enveloped in color, right when you can hear the emotion in her voice at the end of that phrase. If one thing should be said, good for her and so many others in Hololive that are now in the future and new members to be, that they have the chance to show their talent and getting paid to do what they do.

Who does the MV is often different from video to video depending on which artists and animators are available, and who the Holo members have worked with before. But you're right, they're all so good. As to the lyrics, this song was Towa's first original song she ever released and it describes a lot of the feelings she was having to navigate when she first started with Hololive. She had a desire to do well, but also had a lot of doubt and insecurity about her ability to be a good Hololive member. But, with the help of her fans depicted by her little mascot Bibi (the little black cat looking mascot in the video), she was able to overcome a lot of her doubt and become more confident in her singing and streaming abilities. It's hard not to get a bit emotional seeing her going from the sort of melancholy of the black and white to her smiling in color. I think, in a lot of ways, a lot of people (myself included) often end up in the same sort of scenario when starting a new job, new school, etc. where you're not really sure if you're "good enough" to be there. I identify heavily with this song, and it is easily my favorite Towa song and one of my absolute favorite Hololive songs in general. She puts so much power and emotion into this song that it's not hard to empathize with her as she tells her story. It's so good! Towa actually has a full EP (called Scream) and every song on it is so good (Palette included). I highly suggest also checking out FACT, Akuma, and My Roar (マイロア) (all of which are also on that EP). Those will give you a good idea of just how my vocal and style range she has. Welcome to the Tokoyami Kenzoku, my friend! Towa is incredible! (Also, Suisei's Stellar Stellar!!! 🙂)

Towa has one of the most emotionally powerful singing voices I have ever heard, forget the "in Hololive" or "among vtubers" she has one of the most emotionally powerful singing voices full stop which is really wild when you consider her normal speaking voice. This song is deeply deeply emotional, not just for Towa but for the Kenzoku (the name of Towa's fans) as well. She really put her heart into this song and it absolutely shows. I was lucky enough to catch the premere of this song live and the atmosphere was just incredible, there was so much love it felt like you could reach out and touch it. There are also a a couple refrences to her Kenzoku (the name of her fans). One is an image reflected in one of the crystal shards. It's a hand with the word "Kenz" reaching down and touching her on the head, the other is in the credits, she credits her Kenzoku as part of the production. Her hat/creature "Bibi" is also a mascot/ representation of her fans.

Towa is Definetely Up there in the list of hololive best singer.. and there is"Amane Kanata" one of my favourite, She did sing with towa on a song called "Madomi" and it was awesome!!

A couple of weeks back KZbin moved live streams into their on "Live" tab, distinct from the "Videos" tab. As well as their regular streams on KZbin some of the Hololive Production talents occasionally stream on Twitch, there is a Hololive Twitch Team page for finding their Twitch channels. My favorite hololive singer are Towa, Risu, Irys, Roboco, Lui, and Suisei. i would recommend Irys's songs Berserker or Here Comes Hope. Towa's songs My Roar or Fact. Risu's Song Alice&u. Roboco's songs Little Bit or Azamina. Suisei's songs Saga Jihen or stellar stellar. Lui's song オーバード / 鷹嶺ルイi cant find the english name for the song but its her current only original on her channel

Thank you for reacting to what is probably my favourite song from Hololive! Palette really feels like a thank you to fans and covers a lot of Towa's journey and her drive to move forward. If you think you could react to longer videos, checking out 3D debuts or 3D concerts, especially Towa's, Suisei's or Subaru's might be a lot of fun because you get to see them dancing and singing with others. If you want to keep it to covers I would recommend some of the collaborative songs like Startend's (Suisei, Towa and Aqua's trio name) cover of "アスノヨゾラ哨戒班", "Saga Jihen" where Suisei is supported by 5 other members to form an incredible song or "Indonesian Folk Music Medley" by Hololive ID which introduces you to all the incredible singers of the Indonesia branch (which includes Moona and Reine [Ray-ne] who you've met before). The ID video is also good because you get to see what they look like during livestreams rather than artwork from MVs.

Aah Palette, definitely my top 10 Hololive songs of all time, it's so good and pretty emotional, and speaking of emotional, definitely recommending Ayunda Risu's ALiCe &u. It's the very definition of emotional . Also, Hololive anime was mentioned? Well you see, on Hololive official channel, they have a pseudo anime series called "HoloGra". from what i have heard Moona talk in a stream, whenever they want to do a song, whether it be original or cover. the agency can help them with licensing permissions in case of cover, and gives them a small amount of money to support them.. like 100$ or something. The rest they have to pay from their own income. that is visuals, mix, recording studio rent, song writer etc etc.. of course the girls will provide more then just their voice whenever they can. like Ina does her own visuals. Kanata i believe mix her own stuff, Calli writes her own lyrics etc.

Towa and the rest of the hololive talents livestream several times a week on KZbin on their respective channels (unless they're taking a break ofc). For Towa, I'd love to see you listen to 'My Roar'. There's no MV, but it's a metal track she did with Utsu-p, a Japanese metal composer who has also done work with several vocaloids like Hatsune Miku.

For another very unique voice in Hololive, I recommend checking out Nekomata Okayu. Also a pretty deep one but in a very different way. She can shift from cute and comfy, over sultry and cool all the way to threatening and creepy in a single breath. The first time I noticed her singing talent was with her cover of the Vocaloid song "Lost Petri" ("失楽ペトリ / 猫又おかゆ(cover)" on her channel) and it is an evergreen for me. I don't think her first original song "Mogu Mogu" would be the greatest one to start out with, because while being pretty fun and adorable, it isn't that great of a showcase of her abilities. She recently released a whole original album though and I could recommend all of the songs on it - for vastly different reasons because she covers a lot of genres across all of them.
