Congratulations on taking the first steps! We are witnesses that God will save a home that’s just for you. One piece of advice: Houses are expensive regardless. I know what it’s like to want to be smart with spending and being disappointed in the market. When we went up by just 10,000 on the price range, we found our perfect home. It’s really not a huge difference on the monthly payment once all the financing takes place but you have to do what’s best for you all. Make sure you have a solid home inspector and that way don’t purchase a lemon. We almost did that seeing too much “potential” in a house because it was huge and in our original price range. Y’all are brave to record this process. We were too engulfed in it to record. 😆

Yea, don’t want a lemon ... we are trying to be wise in what we purchase.. even if it means a smaller living space for a while... We could go up in price if we didn’t need a van but we do..and we are paying cash so that effects our buying power by a lot. Just the way thing shook out for us.. BUT we are so grateful!! 🙌🏽 thanks for you words
