Nice layout and having a dog grooming station, finally, is a big win in my book. The shower in the master en-suite is nice and having the controls so that you can turn on the water prior to getting under the shower head is a huge plus. I still however, need a handheld shower head. The wine bar idea is nice but a coffee bar would be more practical, in my opinion.

I like this one, with a few changes. I would change the windows in front of the master tub, making them higher to allow light in, but provide privacy. Would also change wet bar to a coffee bar in the master suite. Would rework the fireplace to something a bit more traditional, but I do like it going up to the ceiling. Island would be one level and I would have a hood above stove, as well as a water spout added. Upstairs Jack and Jill - would rework so that the toilet is separate from the shower. Love the colors and the wood tones!

A lot of times in model homes things are stored in the closets and they ask those areas are not shown, same reason why a lot of garages are not shown.

I wouldn’t want the window near my shower and right behind my bathtub to face the front of my house. You’d never be able to have the shades open. Also the laundry room would be great on the second floor near all the kids’ rooms

Speak for yourself. It depends on the location. I have not watched the video yet. If you do not have any neighbors and are far from the road. “Let your freak flag fly”!!!! Some people have jacuzzi in their bedroom and outdoor showers.

I agree with the OP on the window location for a first floor bathroom. On a second floor, that window would be ok. But a simple shade or blind solves the issue.

The two story bathroom is a cool concept. From someone who has 12 feet ceilings in their bathroom because if how the vaulted ceilings lined up. It takes forever to get warm in the shower however it's a good idea to prevent excessive moisture lol!

Love all the colors in this house. The Master bathroom is amazing. Love the windows for light . The only thing is the fireplace, I'm not to crazy about it going all the way up. Otherwise it's an amazing house.

That's one heck of a bathroom. The 2 story effect is a great touch. The kitchen is nice... for a different house. One thing I want to add is regarding what seems to be a trend in all of these modern manses of the staircases just not being very interesting. At all. Staircases used to be a commanding feature in these upscale homes and In all I've seen recently, they're just boring utilities to the upstairs.

This is a beautiful place. You missed showing the Half Bath and the Foyer Coat Closet. I really do like this place but I'll point out what I'd want changed. In the Master, delete the door to the outside. Delete the Waste Bar in the Master, to me it is a waste of space, put shelves there for folded clothes and more linens. Reduce the depth of the small Master Closet and use the space for a second Foyer Coat Closet. The Island in the Kitchen I'd rather have the seating area of the island lower for typical height dining chairs. Myself, family, and friends have issues sitting on those high seats...the high seats are actually bad for lower leg circulation. For me, I'd have the Pet Shower deleted. My cats would kill me. I'd want more countertop for folding. Later somebody could have a Pet Shower in the Garage for their dog, get the dirt off before getting anywhere in the house. I think upstairs I'd have the Bedroom 2 area sort of opened up for a Den/Study. Remove the doorway, then in the bathroom and closet area move that wall back and make the bathroom a Half Bath and a shallow storage closet next to it. Have the Basement deeper and add a Half Bath. Also I'd already want a few Egress Windows. In the distant future if a new buyer needed more bedrooms for a huge family plumbing would be down there, then there'd be the Egress Windows, and the height would be great to make it not seem like a dungeon.

Cheap rug over plywood instead of hardwood floors. Lots of big cheap uninspired windows with no style all over the place. The back windows look like they took advantage of overstock windows and pushed them altogether.
