Ang dad side ko is from antique. His parents are originally from cebu but they moved to antique. First time ko nakarating ng antique mga 14 yrs old ako. Pinapunta ako ng dad ko to experience daw antique and to be with my lola and tita. For a month. Kala ko diko magugustuhan kasi iniisip ko baka boring kasi probinsya. Pero after couple of days sinabhan ko parents ko ayoko na bumalik ng manila. Dun nalang ako sa antique😂 I LOVED IT THERE. super laid back ng buhay. Ang simple. Lahat ng mga tao super warm and welcoming. My lola and tita is kinda sikat sa lugar nila. Hindi kami mayaman pero diko alam bkit sikat sila😂 people respect them so akala ko dahil dun kaya mabait sakin mga tao. Pero nung iginala ako ng pinsan ko kung saan saan na lugar lahat pala ng mga tao sa antique mabait tlga. Pag balik ko manila after ilang months bumalik kami ulit sa antique cos my dad needed to do something. Ilang araw lang daw pero diko pinalagpas sumama tlaga ako. That was 2004. Im in UK now and Nakabalik nalang ulit kami sa antique nung bumalik kami sa pinas 2015. Everything the same. The people. But the place ofcourse improved a lot but still feels welcoming. I just looove antique🥰

I have been there in that part of Visayas around Panay and Negros and Boracay. The climate is little cooler. Very beautiful nature and very clean places. People are obedient to the law of the cities.

Hi mam Loren, I'm really a fan of your projects. Big 👍. I hope one day you can also help the weavers, sewers and food processors of Isla Verde, Batangas to establish MSME. I'm from there and since I was in High School it's really one of my dreams to help establish livelihood in the community. One of the reasons why I took Agriculture. But I don't have much money or connections to fulfill that dream, and for now all I can do is to reach you here. Sana mapansin.
