please try kottu,hopper,string hoppers,egg hoppers,honey hoppers,wade,pittu,Lamprais,coconut roti,milk rice you need to try these curry too,like coconut sambol,crab curry,jaffna style crab curry,abulthiel(sour fish curry),watalappam,curd and kithul trickel etc. dosa and roti ,buriyani are mostly originated from india each part of country has different varients of food,srilanka is heaven for sea food and fruits!If you like sour food try wood apple . enjoy you journey!
