I'm 63 years old Ellis was one of the greatest singers I ever heard I have listened to Motown blues-rock Elvis took it all. What makes me feel good and I'm so proud that this generation start understand what Elvis Presley was all about. The funny thing about Elvis's story is basically a little part of my story of my life I grew up in the 60s 70s retired from the Army I had a son and a wife and got a divorce I'm Elvis songs for part of my life. Hey Vibe , loving your Elvis reactions, I saw him 3 times in concert and those were the best days of my life, the one reason he is so freaking hot is the suit weighed I believe about 40 pounds and this show was the First time anyone had ever done a concert Via satellite to over 40 countries around the world, many , many cameras on him This concert was watched by more people than the first time man walked on the moon, now that should tell you the Power this Beautiful Man has , and thanks in part to the youger generation discovering him, he's never going to die. I tell everyone that seeing Elvis in concert was an emotional roller coaster ride. I was only 10/11 when I saw him twice in 1972 (year before Aloha From Hawaii) and I still felt all of the different emotions he put into each and every song.

I love the aloha from Hawaii concert ( the 1st concert ever aired via satellite , every 3rd person on the planet watched this show--this is a fact, you can check). This concert was 🔥 and Elvis killed it! He looked and sounded great! He did 2 rehearsal concerts and the 3rd one was beamed around the world; it was epic and he still holds the record on the most watched concert of a single performer. He is a legend 🙌. It is stated that Elvis has over 720 songs that he covered.

Yes Elvis sweats. There is a post with the guy who designed these outfits for Elvis and he said that these suits with the capes were very heavy. So along with the physicality of his performing, he had those lights focused on him, he had another 90 pounds on his back. Elvis looks great with sweat drenching down his face.

I grew up listening to a fair amount of his music but until this recent explosion in the availability on KZbin, I'm seeing some stuff I haven't seen before and I guess I first saw this one about 6 months ago. I remember hearing her bopper in the Tijuana Brass cover it on a record that I had but yeah I only saw this about 6 months ago and since then I probably seen it 20 or 30 times, it still blows me away every single time. And yeah you're right, knowing that he's going to die like 4 years later just makes a lot of the stuff seem kind of prophetic but Priscilla had just separated from him at this point and what I read was that he was really feeling the effect of that separation. They still got along and everything but it was incredibly painful to him. And to her for that matter as well.
