The problems and emotional stress the child feels is also essentially doubled when the father is absent from the child's life, especially for young and adolescent boys. It was the (riding my bike) park, that hit me after first hearing. I remember. I was never really free and loose, but anxious around anyone, even kids younger than me. I was 30 years old when I first started seeking help. A couple years later I met a church counselor who did something that was more valuable than anyone had throughout those first two years. He introduced me to “Fear”. It changed my life!
