Tiger JK is a Korean-American rapper who is considered the OG of bringing American style rap to Korea. He's married to another Korean-American rapper, Yoon Mi-rae (her American name is Natasha Shanta Reid), Top Line was Stray Kids' second collab with TJK. Their first was on an awards show, where they performed a kind of spoken rap poem (sorta kinda - not sure how to describe it) together. SKZ is expected to have a rap collab at some point with another Korean rapper, TABLO (from the K-pop / K-hip hop group, EPIK HIGH). An Easter egg about a project between them was dropped during the M/V for Stray Kids' song, MEGAVERSE.

The bandaged up guy from memory that caught your eye was in Thunderous was actually Bang Chan...but Hyunjin usually catches peoples eye too...along with Felix (blue hair in lalalala and then red fluffy jacket in this) in Thunderous Felix had the long blond extensions in parts but all their looks change alot in that one

Felix and Hyunjin are known in the group to spend the most money on fashionable clothes and have become fashion ambassadors for Louis Vuitton and Versace. Felix also just walked the runway for Louis Vuitton fashion week.

TigerJK is the godfather of Korean hip hop/rap. He has had his own record labels called Feel Ghood Music and Jungle Entertainment. He was in the hip hop group called Drunken Tiger and in MFBTY. I LOVE him. Some of his music reminds me of korean version of WuTang. His wife is also a rapper, Yoon Mi Rae. She is half black and half korean. You should check him out. He loves Stray Kids which speaks volumes.....and only one that fire? lol! OMG....they have so many.

I´m with you, they are pure ❤‍🔥❤‍🔥 And Felix´s parts are pure ❤‍🔥❤‍🔥 too, there was one time when the leader of the group (Bang Chan) said to Felix, that it wasn't´t that his lines where more memorable it was that he made them memorables, i found that so wholesome and accurate. Stray Kids have a few older songs that they have translated into English which are just as good as the Korean versions. Give, Double Knot , TOP , Slump , Domino, Super Bowl and Levanter a go ( Slump and Levanter are slower songs)I think you’ll really be impressed. Stray Kids can make any genre sound awesome , whether it’s Korean, English and even Japanese. Thanks for the reaction🫶🏼

Bang Chan,the leader & other member who grew up in Australia,like Felix, Han,& Changing make up 3Racha which is an AMAZING subunit of Stray Kids and they are the main writers,rap line,and producers.3Racha has an AWESOME catalogue of their own as they were the first 3 in the group and started out as a rap line mostly.Bang Chan got to hand pick the members he wanted in Stray Kids.

Some of their older stuff that is good too are victory song, double knot, easy, hellevator is their first song as a group which was made while they were on the survival show. The lyrics of that song is about their fight to make it and feeling like they are in hell but saying they are on their way up pretty much. Alot of their songs have very strong meanings behind them and I think that sets them apart from the other kpop groups as well.

Tiger jk is the one who brought hip hop to korea, dubbed the grandfather of k hip hop. Hes a legend and michael jackson tried to get him to expand and label with him in the usa, bht tiger refused.

Check out Freeze and Easy they are harder songs. Get Lit is fun. More laid back out be Leave and Taste and Lonely Street. There are so many songs that are good. Cheese, Charmer, Side Effects, Domino, Item, Comflex are all good ones too. Awaken, Miroh, Victory Song are older good ones too. Almost all of their B-sides sound like title tracks.

Lyrics wise I maybe completely wrong here so someone correct it if wrong but I thought the English speaking members do the subs for their songs with captions so it's as close to the meaning as possible so the lyrics aren't to be completely dismissed on MV's. It's usually the lyric vids that other people have made that go wayward...but yes there are word plays that people who don't speak both may miss...and if u just like to listen that's completely fine of course!

Yeah I get u. Usually if I really like the song I’ll read the lyrics after. Because some of the time if I’m busy reading what they saying instead of vibing to the track I sometimes end up no liking it and also I’m looking at the mv also. But I’ve noticed with most of the K-pop joints the lyrics don’t translate perfect in English
