This is Forestella, a crossover group from Korea. They are the winner group in the Phantom Singer 2; a survival audition show to form a crossover quartet like il Divo from Korea. However as they have their own unique style, they won't be Korean il Divo, they will be the Forestella of the world! Forestella has sung great covers like Bohemian Rhapsody, We are the Champions, Heal the World, the Sound of Silence, My Favorite Things, Champions (mash-up of Champs league theme and Champions by Jo SuMi), Nella Fantasia, Scarborough Fair..etc etc. At the Phantom Singer All Stars they sang Time in a bottle, Je suis Malade as well. Shape of You in English, Spanish and African Zulu is fantastic indeed. You can even see them dancing singing Smooth Criminal as well! And they broke the record of their own with Bad Romance which seems toxic version of their Lazenca Save Us, winning 5 trophies for King of Kings in a row in Immortal Songs. Forestella is a quartet of Ko WooRim (classical bass, intense abyss-deep low tone), Kang HyungHo (ex-research chemist & rock vocalist with soprano falsetto voice), Cho MinGyu (classical leggiero tenor, light boyish crystal clear tone) and Bae DooHoon (musical actor, 159th King of the Masked Singers, rough-textured husky tone with R&B, Pop groove). Each has distinct tone and style of singing, different charm. But all of them are famous as practice-freaks. Ko WooRim said they met more than 300 days an year together in Phantom Singer All Stars behind interview but in a radio program the leader (Cho MinGyu) revealed it would be around 20 days they didn't meet in the year. So I think this explains how their perfection executed. Don't miss their new m/v for Save our lives! It's full of wonders.

I recommend one good singer to you. Her name is 'Sohyang'. She is a Korean national treasure singer and gospel singer. She covered 'I Have Nothing' and was invited by David Foster, the original songwriter and Whitney Houston producer, as the main singer for his 30th anniversary performance. There, I sang 'I Have Nothing' and 'I Will Always Love You'. Her songs and covers are a real incredible diva that makes you feel overwhelmed and moved the moment you hear it. There are so many other good songs, but I hope you enjoy listening to these two songs in full.

I came here to listen with you, to a fantastic singing group. What I got was a running dialogue between two people with the singing group adding background music to the talking. To be fair it was mainly one person initiating the talk, but I could only make out every third word because it was hard to hear her because the music was just loud enough that with her accent and my 71year old Hard Rock era ears made it difficult to understand what she was saying. Maybe you could experiment with stopping the music and then talk and when you are through talking start the music back up. I stopped trying to make it work for me at about 2-3 minutes in. So I might have been hasty, but I don't think so. Good luck to you both.
