BB talk is so controversial BUT i loved that track lol. The talking in verses i haven’t really heard of it in the song + the meaning + miley’s vocals with a mellow beat. One of my favorite songs back in middle school lol

also Dead Petz is like the bottom of Miley’s discography cos she was going through so much at the time, so not really a helpful first listener 😭. Albums i would recommend is Bangerz, Plastic Hearts, Endless Summer Vacation, and Can’t Be Tamed.

She dropped this project for free after Bangerz. Her top 3 albums are Plastic Hearts, Bangerz, and Endless Summer Vacation. Plastic Hearts is her true sound, it's crazy good. Easily one of the best albums ever.

Whilst I highly appreciate you doing this, the Dead Petz album is the last Miley album you'll want to hear as a first time listener, it's really for the hardcore fans that know the lore behind every track. I think you may have a much better impression from her musically if you listened to Plastic Hearts or Bangerz as your introductory album.

Thank you for being one of the few reactors who actually takes suggestions and react to this lol! It's to this day still my fav album of hers, it was ahead of its time and people weren't ready. You definitely need to be in some kind of mood to appreciate it more tho. A couple of context for the songs: Karen Don't Be Sad is about a trans girl named Karen who was bullied and killed herself. Bang Me Box is about lesbian sex, according to Miley herself, and you can see it from the lyrics too (finger my heart, taste like cake, etc). Milky Milky Milk, while can be interpreted both ways, the most present image is sucking mother nature's nipple and get nurtured by her. Just adding these context to say that she didn't specify gender in her songs and not everything she sang was about sex, or straight sex to be exact, while I saw a lot of people assumed for her. She is queer herself, and explored much broader meanings than what's on the surface of the lyrics. For me Milky milky milk is always a song about feeling one with the universe, being genderless and free. Loved your reaction, hope you react to more of her discography!
