song sounds good but I got the same criticism as last time. The words hes using make it sound like hes just copying what he hears on american rap music. Makes it sound corny and fake

I think it might just be something that's global now, like how everyone that sings in English tends to sing with an American accent 🤷 they know they're gonna get more reach or it's been happening for so long that its just organic vocab for them now 🤷 I can definitely see where your coming from tho, especially if certain slang came from your city or town and all of a sudden the nation uses it, and then before you know it drakes done it, and then everyone does it 😂😂😂 I still find it weird hearing people outside the UK talk like they're on road cos they've seen Top Boy 😂 for a first impression tho, I thought "MLBRN - Hoodbars" is good, had a better mix than "Hp Boyz - Engineers" which helped A LOT, as much as I love "Engineers" It's a bad mix... I've listened to it on multiple speakers and it's vocals are still way too quiet and the beat is loud as hell 🤷

@@LucaReacts na it doesn't sound organic thats what im saying thats what makes it corny. especially when it's all this gangster talk it makes it sound like he roleplaying. The reason uk drill/rap music is respected in the us is that its organic. its its own swag its own energy and the energy feel organic when you listen to it. I dont listen to alot of drill but I like UK drill over NY drill anyday. for that same reason. not saying ny drill music sound fake they made it into their own wave and club music been a part of ny underground culture so it blended well but it dont feel the same as UK cause UK the motherland thats where it came from yall accents fit the style better. I was listening to a music review show and we all said the same thing to the South american ( not south US but like Brazil) artists. They want to rap in english and sound american, but in reality when they rap in Spanish or Portuguese it sounds better cause its their natural tongue their energy on the music feels more comfortable even if idk wtf theyre saying

@@LucaReacts its not about borders cause music global but just being authentic. even here if somebody from new york or alabama tried rapping like drakeo it would sound comedically trash🤣cause the accents the culture just different compared to cali and it would sound obvious when u forcing it and its not natural

@@kkandola9072 I see where you coming from g, and I swear down the drill genre started in Chicago?? My memory is so bad 😂😂😂 Have you listened to UK Grime before? I think that has a heavy influence on the UK Drill scene and maybe that's why people vibe with it a bit better, I don't know if I'm correct on this so don't press me 😂 but I'm pretty sure it goes UK Garage music birthed UK Grime and then Grime kinda spun Drill into UK Drill 🤷🤷 again, I'm not 💯 I could deffo be wrong but that's what I've been told. I beg you, put me onto that review show that you were watching 🙏 when it comes to people rapping in other languages, would you watch a reaction to a rapper you couldn't understand, if the flow and the beat are a vibe? Or do you actually need to understand the song to enjoy it? Cos I've got a few Italian rappers who I checked out earlier on in my KZbin journey who are in my opinion pretty dope 🔥 and I was wondering if you'd be open to checking them out and seeing if that kinda content is stuff you be calm with seeing in the channel? If not it's calm, don't sweat.it I'll keep brainstorming 🧠

@@LucaReacts it depend on what u mean by drill. Chicago started drill like the dissing dead people on music but thats not what i mean by drill. I mean that style of triplet hi hats and sliding bass that NY is on too. yea bro id be down to checkout rap in other languages🔥🔥
