FIRST TIME LISTENING TO Stray Kids (Back Door) M/V | REACTION

I am a big Stray Kids fan and have watched them since before they debuted. They are a YOUNG and super talented group...They are self produced....Writing, making the beats, and even arranging the songs!! Don't worry about any negative comments about comparing them and BTS...Stray Kids are fans of BTS and they respect them. One of the Stray Kids members (Lee Know) was a backup dancer for BTS and even went on tour with them. It is normal to compare since BTS is K pop group you have listened to BTS and now Stray Kids is your 2nd group. Most of them speak English well, two of the members are from Australia. I look forward to more STRAY KIDS!!!!

Bang Chan (short red hair) and Felix (deep voice) both speak fluent english, they are from Australia actually. The rest of them are pretty decent at english as well. There are many videos of them speaking english if you look!

I only became Stay this past year. I just used to hear about them everywhere but I never checked them out coz I don’t like following a group based on popularity. Then I finally thought to check them out to see what they’re about. This was right before they came out with their ODDINARY album. Let’s just say that album has become one of my top albums of all time. Then I couldn’t believe such a young group could be so skilled like they’ve been doing this for years and years. They make all their own music too which is the cherry on top! They have different sounds for anyone to enjoy on all their tracks. Before SKZ I wasn’t ever the full album listener type but now they’ve got me to appreciate a full body of work ❤ You won’t be too short of things to check out with them

Welcome to the Stray Kids´world!! I´m 48yo and I was an instant Stay since I saw God´s menu MV. I went: Who are they??!! 😳 and I haven´t stopped since then. I LOVE EVERY LITTLE THING THEY DO!! Seriously I was worried for a time 🤪 but then I discovered that I´m not the only one and I relaxed 😆 Try Venom, Double knot, Victory song, Thunderous, Red lights, Easy, or any of their songs. I really like your reactions ! I really love how invested you are and how you really want to know more ! So for their english, two of the members were raised in australia so are fluent (Bangchan and Felix), one went to the usa to learn english and is pretty much fluent (Seungmin), one lived in Malaysie during his childhood/teenage years so is pretty much fluent (Han), another one is a little bit less good but is still pretty much fluent (Hyunjin) and the last 3 can understand but don't talk that much. For a guide I would recommend you to wait a little bit, teanosuga has a good guide but it's from march 2022. But from what I heard she's making an updated guide so you might want to wait !

The hair is different almost every music video so the hair isn’t a very reliable way to learn the names. Felix is easy because he has the super deep voice. I only discovered stray kids a week ago if that so I’m still learning to tell them apart. I can always recognise Felix and as of today I’m very confident with identifying Hyunjin. They both have really unique face shapes but they also look pretty similar a lot of the time. But then they have very different voices. And Bang chan really likes wearing crop tops so I can normally identify him. All the others I have a lot of trouble with.

6:10 Yeah, they DANCE! If you like the idea, you could also watch some of their dance practice videos, they hit hard. Stray Kids mostly have difficult, energy consuming choreos for their songs, and not only their dance line (Lee Know, Hyunjin and Felix) is insanely powerful, but other members also dance amazingly. Again, if you like the idea, I'd leave some of my personal recommendations (although I love every dance practice from them): DOMINO, EASY, Thunderous, Maniac, God's Menu, Back Door, Double Knot, and MIROH

There might be some comments about STAYs not being happy when Stray Kids is compared to BTS. There are always reasons behind it. You're 100% allowed to decide which sounds you like more, which concepts look cooler for you, which songs you like more, etc. If anyone would tell you that you can't decide on this, then they're out of their mind, don't listen to them. However, there's a topic that fans of both groups are very unhappy about. Media and different magazines' articles now tend to call Stray Kids "the next BTS". If there's a thing you should know about this "label" it's that it's VERY disrespectful towards both groups. For BTS because it can make people think that BTS can be easily replaced (basically, that no one would care that much when they end their career). For Stray Kids because media completely erase their own personality as a group and make it look like they're good only for "replacement" and (that's a quote which made me really mad) "filling the void after BTS are gone". Basically, media look down on both groups, and this label of being "next" annoys and frustrates STAYs a lot (there are situations when we can't help but become aggressively defensive because of that), as well as makes some ARMYs do unnecessary rude things (I'm only talking about those who think that it's Stray Kids' fault that media disrespect BTS). So, to sum up, don't be like stupid media and don't listen to ignorant people! It'll make your journey to both groups much better, much easier to enjoy :D

My main group is BTS and i dont follow many groups (i dont have time for that) but i like Stray Kids. They are great group. It took me few times to like some songs but they grew on me. And they are funny too. And i am addicted to Red Lights lol. 😁😁😁

You should do their Debut Song- District 9, but some other bangers are Easy, Side Effects, Double Knot, Cheese, Thunderous, Venom & Maniac. The one with the deep voice (Felix) and the red hair (Bang Chan) are Aussies, that's why they're English is really good.

The guide is from March 2022 just after the album oddinary was released. But I would surely recommend you to react to the guide by #TeaNoSuga it's a long but really helpful guide. The members will have other hair every video but you will learn their names... please keep reacting to skz and welcome to the fandom! I highly recommend you to watch the songs: THUNDEROUS CHEESE (a funny distrack) EASY... and of course VICTORY SONG! DOUBLE KNOT IS ALSO INSANE!!!

I guess you mean Australia? Chan was born in Korea but moved to Australia when he was very young. When he was 13, he moved to Korea and became a trainee in JYP Entertainment, his family still lives in Australia. Felix, on the other hand, was born in Australia and left only when he was 17. He didn't know much of a language so it was harder for him to adapt, his family also lives in Australia.

Take it from me, don't try to learn them by their hair. Their hair changes CONSTANTLY. There are some music videos where someone changes hair 3 times. Ex: in Thunderous Felix has a blonde mullet, blonde braid extensions and slicked back blonde stripe on top with a black/dark brown bottom layer. That was just one video. It's impossible to learn them that way or at least it was for me. I had to learn by faces. A guide will help you with that. I recommend teanosuga's 2022 guide but it is long. It is very good though. As for the English Felix (deep voice) and leader Bang Chan (had the red hair in this one) both grew up in Australia so they are fluent. Han (first rapper) went to school in Malaysia so he is pretty much fluent and actually has somewhat of a British accent which is fun. Seungmin (vocalist sitting on the floor) is also pretty fluent. The rest: Hyunjin, Changbin, Lee Know and I.N are at varying levels of English. For the most part in English interviews Chan and Felix answer the most with Chan translating for those who aren't as good. Lee Know and I.N stay pretty quiet in English interviews but they all can speak some basic English. Check out their puppy interview which is in English for some cuteness.
