I’m always hearing Sherlyn say that she’s hungry, and the selection of foods that you and Finn chose to eat always look so scrumptious, but the both of you are still able to maintain your body weight to look in wonderful shape always. I am sure with the both of you being so active it’s definitely a help or is the food selected, not high in calories, allowed you both to have terrific energy and stamina to maintain your very busy schedules.

I have so much admiration for your swimming and diving skills. Something I’ll never be able to do coz I’m afraid of the ocean. Hands down to you Sherlynn! Btw, next time you have ear issues, go have a doctor look inside your ear. If there’s an infection, a simple 7-10 day course antibiotic will do the job then boom!!
