Hi great couple. Happy travels. As for tea here's the science Black tea without milk is Qah-wa Chai is Urdu word for tea, synonymous with milk tea in the suburban country but in urban upper class the same word chai is used for black tea with milk on the side. The one you are taking is made in milk locally called doodh (milk) pat-ti (tea leaf) Green tea is either called Qahwa or generally green tea to distinguish from black or chai. Might be confusing at first, but read again. 😅 😊

You have to got to the restaurant apposite Badshah mosque it's a rooftop restaurant but that building has so much history behind it and there's allot of entertainment as you walk towards it, it was my highlight of visiting Pakistan

Lahore is food heaven for foodies. For pizza go to CHUNK N CHEESE (try double melt special) CHEEZIOUS ( try crown crust special and bazinga supreme) For burgers ( Tons of restaurants in lahore. Almost ever restaurant is good for burgers in lahore Try Brim burgers, MEG, smash) Must visit DHA raya. Try jedda lassi , feeqa lassi. Try lahori nashta( paye and nihari) waris nihari. Arif chatkhara for bbq in dinner. Haveli restaurant in walled city. And buffet dinner in spice bazar DHA phase 6. And so on.

Most of the local people are stressed and working and counting the money for their daughter's wedding, buying land, building a house, etc. then there are people who are worse off in life without work and without food as everyone fights for their livelihood for every day that comes, train is the way you go with is not the best but since it is the only option for most people but there are flights and other means such as buses and private mini buses and so on.... The people are mostly hospitality and it is in the culture.... In Pakistan most people eat spicy food that many non-indigenous people like and are afraid of diarrhea and upset stomach as their more days may be ruined therefore one should be careful with the food and maybe choose better places where you can see for yourself that there is cleanliness hence gives better expression. Good luck with the trip and sights as a memory for life....

Some of the gates have survived. Here, you will find amazing historical places like Shahi Hamam, Wazir Khan Masjid, Gali Surjan Singh, Lahore Fort, Badshahi Masjid, Menar E Pakistan and many more, as well as traditional street foods.
