There's no one main person in BTS, RM is just the leader in the sense that he is the spokesperson during public events or award ceremonies and is the medium of communication between the group and the company. He was the first person to be recruited by the CEO and has the most experience in the company which is why he was chosen as leader. RM has mentioned though, many times, that behind the scenes when it comes to handling performance and keeping the team tight on stage and stuff, J-hope takes on that role simply because that's just his character. I personally noticed this a lot during their show tbh. But yeah! Not one person has the spotlight solely no them, each member has something special that they offer which makes them all equal in terms of talent

No man. I didn't find that disrespectful. Fairly speaking she didn't compare their music style or anything like that. She was just trying to understand the dynamics behind how BTS works which is obviously different from what she might be used to. I didn't find anything disrespectful in that. What I would find disrespectful is if someome were to say "Oh it's like the second 1D". Now that would be ridiculous because BTS is very different from 1D in terms of basically everything (from member dynamics, music styles, performances everything). But if you were using comparison to simply understand another concept better then it's okay right? We use that when we study anything.

Yeah with Mnet and Vlive, you have to either hide/cover their logos or chop it up to hell. There isn't a main person. RM is only main when they are doing western interviews and he lets the others talk a lot more because he realizes you improve language by using it. Anpanman is a Japanese superhero, he saves people by giving them a piece of his body (anpan is a sweet red bean bread) and they gain superpowers while it weakens him. He is the most selfless hero.

I love the big sis!! she all serious at the beginning but after some time she started to smile so beautifully :))), thenk you both for listenning to them with an open mind.. there's no one on the spotlight everyone take turns, but they do have a leader and is RM wich is great for that position, he is the best! funfact he actually the one in the middle of all of them in age, 3 older and 3 younger, so its kinda hard 'cause in korean culture being older than someone is a huge deal power wise :/ but they balance it so well and respect each other that much that ti isn't a problem for them; FAKE LOVE is about discovering yourself loving something that is toxic for you (an obv. interpretation is a toxic romanti relationship but if you see the lyrics its not only abput that, it can be with yourself or a situation in your life) and ANPANMAN is about a japanese superhero who is made of bread and he saves ppl by giving himself up and end their hunger, BTS sees themselves like that, they want to give us all so we can be happy, its a beautiful song 'cause even when ANPANMAN is the weakest hero of them all 'cause he has to disappear and be hurt for the sake of others he still does what he thinks is right :)) pls check both lyric videos!! Okay here is something to help, there are 7 members and keep in mind Korea is all about ages, if you are even a year old you are respected and treated differently. Unless you are the same age as each other and agree to it then you can be called friends. So in BTS case you have both Jin then Suga as the older members. RM is the actual leader he was nominated by the group himself due to his 148 IQ and the fact the group was formed around him from the start due to his music ability. He is responsible for the group but also reporting to the agency and back n forth. However on a personal level Jin is eldest and must always be respected. Jin however does not always use this card as long as its not overboard he doesnt follow it and can sometimes act just as silly as the younger ones. But yes RM, & Suga were both underground rappers with Jhope learning rap from them making up the rap line, the others are vocalists of the group.

BTS is a south korean boy band created in 2013 by the company BIGHIT ENTERTAINMENT. They where originally supposed to be a hip hop group but the CEO decided later on it was gonna be a kpop group. There is 7 members in BTS. The leader RM, the eldest JIN the youngest JUNGKOOK and more. The names of all in order of the ran chant : Kim namjoon (RM) is the leader. Fluent in English and learnt by watching the show FRIENDS. He is a rapper. Kim seokjin (JIN) He's the eldest and he loves food. He's a vocalist. He has worked hard to improve as he had no background in singing or dancing. Min yoongi (SUGA) the second eldest member. He is a rapper and just like RM was in rapping group before debut. He's savage and loves sleep. He worked really hard especially since he was poor as a teenager and suffered thorough major depression and anxiety. Jung hoseok (JHOPE) only started rapping after joining BTS. Main dancer and can learn dances that take others hours in minutes. He learnt the dance to DNA in 10 minutes and helps the other members. Park jimin (JIMIN) he is a very talented dance and a very good vocalist. He is a perfectionist and hates making mistakes. He once went on a VERY strict diet because people were calling him fat. Kim taehyung (V) talented vocalist amd can go really low to really high. Great at dancing. Jungkook (JUNGKOOK ) main vocalist. Started bts at the age of 13-15

There’s is no main person in BTS. They’re all equal. The person in a center doesn’t mean he’s the main person, the more line they’re get, the often they be in the center. Mostly the vocal line are more often than the rappers.

I'm sure someone said this already but if you want to watch the full performance without getting a copyright strike watch fancams from the event. The only reason the video was hit is because it was the official MNet video and they are controlled by CJ E&M who tend to not like reactors. Besides the camera handling at MAMA Japan was garbage anyway and they missed a large portion of the choreography, especially the special dance break near the middle of Fake Love. The lighting was also horrible. Fancams are a hundred percent better in this case. Fancams will follow one member but it is still better quality in my opinion and if you watch multiple fancams you get a good idea of the performance. No one would say comparing BTS to 1D is disrespectful if you are still learning to understand their concept. I think we all understand Kpop is fairly different from the usual music and artists we have in the West. So it's okay of you were comparing them to understand how Kpop groups work. It would however be not necessarily disrespectful but extremely annoying to have someone call bts the second 1D. Only because they've established themselves well enough to have a name of their own. And also because their concept and system is so very different from 1D. Your sister has nothing to worry about. All us international fans did the same at the beginning either ways :)
