I love to watch Amira sing. I enjoy this song and the others too. So beautiful voice. I have never really listen to Opera Music until l heard Amira. So pure . Just from the heart. Now l search to see her in the internet. She has a gift from Above and the grace to sing. No one like her. She is unique.

I must say that I truly enjoyed your comments and keep coming back to be reminded of them in your reactions to her. One thing that I believe has been helpful in her life was that in grammar school she ran long distance track and won several and in her first appearance on Holland got Talent 2013 she mentioned that if her music didn't go anywhere she wanted to go to the Olympics. She has not failed, she is still at 19 or so doing a wonderful job at her singing career. The Lord has truly blessed her as she continues to sing praises to him and lift many hearts, again, thanks for abilities to give such comments in what you both recognize in the videos you react too.

Last sunday i had the privilege to very close standing in front of Amira at the Tulippark the Keukenhof in The Netherlands ofcourse where she sang some songs for the audience in open space! And believe me guys! She getting better every time i did seen her live singing! Unbelievable how good she is! And so very nice to the public and her fans. Amira, she is an Angel!

Music is not just to hear, but to feel as well. No one hits my heart like Amira. She was only about 13.4 years old there. For tenors my favorite is Mario Lanza, Richard Tucker, and Enrico Caruso. Amira has proven though, that woman with a set of lungs can do it. Then in this case for Amira it is child's play.

When I watched Amira's 'Nessun Dorma', I got goosebumps and spontaneous tears. Amira is a true professional with her understanding and humility of her costumes, designs and music. Her outstanding vocal talent is nothing short of amazing. I agree with BP1&BP2's highest rating♪♪♪♪

13 year old. As the applause died down, she was joined by Corlea Botha, and launched into The Flower Duet, which you've already reviewed. Later in the show, she delivered the Amazing Grace, which you've also covered. The following year, she came back and sang Gabriella's Song which I don't think you've listened to, but is excellent, and Hallelujah, which isn't the L. Cohen song, but is still a joy to listen to. Glad you are still uploading Amira from time to time.

I remember in an interview when she first came to prominence she told the interviewer she always liked her songs to have a "big ending." That was bold I thought until I realized that she knew the "big ending" doesn't work if you can't pull it off. And well, ahhh... see video above. The little bugger can sing!

I love that you guys “got into” opera in large part because of Amira when she was 9. I also love that BP1 associates Nessun Dorma with the 1990 World Cup. I was fortunate to spend the better part of the summer of 1998 “studying” in Paris. And while a week in Rio in 2014 was inexplicably more fun, being in Paris that summer was tops. The day (or perhaps the following day) after France won it all happened to also be Bastille Day. My friends and I went with what seemed like a million others to see and listen to The Three Tenors at the Champ de Mars that night. That was a pretty freaking awesome day. Soccer (sorry, despite the name I’m born and raised in the USA) and opera go perfectly together. The beautiful game meets the beautiful sound. Bravo, and cheers, mates. And here’s my first suggestion: how about some “official” World Cup songs throughout the years? This performance was from "Lexus Classics 2017"; it was the 14th item of 31 items on the program. As you will have seen from other comments, Amira called Corlea Botha on stage immediately after this, and they performed the Flower Duet from "Lakme". There were three performances - one on the Friday night, one (a charity performance for bushfire sufferers) on the Saturday afternoon and a third on the Saturday night. Before the performances, there was a "plain clothes" rehearsal, at which the sound desk settings are made and every move is rehearsed so the timing is split-second accurate; followed by a full-dress rehearsal. So Amira sang this no less than five times. The DVD from which this video was taken may be a composite of four recordings. The effort that goes into such a production is enormous; and Amira participated in a total of five items at each performance.
