❣️The song, Smeraldo Garden Marching Band, also is in reference, an homage to the Beatles, as well as Beatles album Sgt Pepper Lonely Hearts Club Band, which Jimin used as inspiration, even singing lyrics “I want to hold your hand”! An excellent clue already happened in the vid:❣️ “A Day with Jimin in NYC by vogue, (perhaps you might want to react to it), which was basically a behind the scene, filmed during the time Jimin debuted “Like Crazy” on Jimmy Fallon show last yr. same day his album FACE dropped. It showed Jimin, before going to a dance practice, rehearsing Like Crazy for Fallon tonight show, going to a record store, along with producer Pdogg, who worked along side of Jimin throughout both albums FACE & MUSE. where Jimin pulled out that very record by the Beatles Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club album, even holding it up. It seemed sort of unexpected? Now I wonder if it was planted there? Who knew at the time that it was a reference, a hint for telling just how much of an influence it had toward creating this song & MV. 👍🙏❤️‍🔥🔥😍💫✨

❣️Jimin’s “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band”, is basically an ever so uplifting, filled with joy & happiness, love song, mainly for army who he references numerous times, like when mentioning “it started on June 12”, which was the actual debut of BTS where they met army for first time during a performance showcase. BTS official debut performance was next day on June 13. Also in the dance, the choreography, including the one for the dance challenge on tiktok, Jimin is even doing in sign language, the hand signs, for LOVE, while dancing, ❤️ 👍🙏🥰☺️

So happy that you got a chance to react to this! ✨Here’s more additional info “Fun Facts” about Jimin “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band” MV: ❣It’s Jimin’s voice doing the intro, as the announcer. Also Jimin & Loco sing live, aside from using mics, even wearing ear-ins. The “backup band” consists of legendary, genius producer Pdogg, who worked with BTS since beginning as producer & songwriter, also producers GHSTLOOP and EVAN, all 3 also worked alongside with Jimin, who also wrote the lyrics, composed, & helped produce his first solo album, 2023’s FACE, which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart, as well as for MUSE his 2nd album that will be released July 19 KST, July 18 in other time zones. During the documentary for FACE, there was even a fun quiz segment where all 4 named themselves Smeraldo Garden Marching Band, which at the time, no one had any idea other then it was just for fun! 🙏😅🤣😍

✨This is one of the most enjoyable but yet also so informative behind the scenes I’ve seen! It shows once again, just like with everything else Jimin does, including his other MV’s just how hands on, just how much involved Jimin was! Including the concept, imagery, vision, the look he had for the MV! Plus all the ideas he had that he put into play! All the while keeping everything as lighthearted, fun & enjoyable! Jimin even oversaw the filming to make sure the final shoot would meet with his approval! Jimin keeps amazing me more & more, though I shouldn’t be surprised anymore! I mean Jimin writes the lyrics composes melody, involved with producing, then is even hands on, on every level during filming! 👍🙏❤‍🔥😍🌟💫✨

also this song goes a lot deeper then simply him being "finally free". lemme tell you the story behind the song in case you don’t know! bc there’s a story behind this song actually and even behind the title of it! "smeraldo" is the name of a fictional flower. this song is like the happy ending of the story that inspired bts’ song "the truth untold": "la città di smeraldo" tales place in a small town in Italy in the 1500s-1600s. it's a story about an ugly man who hides in an old castle alone. bc of his looks he got a lot of hate while growing up and he never opened his heart to anyone, even if anyone ever tried he simply hides in anger. his happiness was the plants and flowers of his garden. one day, a woman appeared near his castle and she jumped over the garden and took a flower when he was sleeping at night. this actually kept happening many nights and finally, one day the man pretended to be asleep and watched this woman who was stealing his flowers, but he didn't get mad on her and was waiting for her every night to come back and steal flowers. and one day after following her, he realized she was selling the stole flowers for living. then the man desperately wanted to help the woman. but he was afraid she could be terrified by the way he looks, that she will not like his looks and will never come here again. so he came to a conclusion to let her steal flowers so he can see her everyday. the man decided to make a flower that doesn't exist on this planet. so the woman can seek them at a huge price. he began to make the flower in his garden. and after many unsuccessful attempts, the man finally made the flower for his love called "Smeraldo Flower". but the woman suddenly stopped coming. no matter how long he was waiting the woman never showed up. he was so upset & later he eventually found out that the woman had died. he didn't got the courage,and lost his only love there. BTS used this "Smeraldo flower" so many times to represent this beautiful love too! this song is like a happy ending for them that they never got in the original story! hope that helps you understand! :)

nobody really noticed the LOVE hand sign when the video came out, that's probably why nobody pointed it out yet. we only noticed it when bighit released a tiktok/yt short version of the choreo with close up shot of jimin a day later

So I would take their words over some people spreading it as a fact when Jimin also didn't say anything about it. No one can say no to Jimin 😂 Loco had no chance. But it worked out great! I really love the energy on this set. It looks like it was such a great day filming, sweet energy that really suits the song, and such a great experience for the kids. I also love watching the guys with kids - all of them are sweet people, so it's not surprising, but it's still so nice to see. And yeah, if Jimin has kids, he'll be a great dad. His own parents absolutely cherish him, it's lovely. Jin in the behind the scenes for The Astronaut also has some cute interactions with the little girl in the video. V in Jinny's Kitchen has an adorable heart-melting moment with a baby. There are many other examples 😁

You are right, J-Hope is the best dancer in K-Pop. He is the king of dancing. BTS's dance line is definitely the best in K-Pop, and they are: J-Hope, Jimin, Taehyung V, and Jungkook. But J-Hope is unique

Give us a break on this one, ARMY work as one but it takes a little while for everyone to watch the MV, pick up on details, post it around, those posts to pick up traction in army spaces, other armys absorve it and then pass it on to reactors. Army works united and move as one but we unfortenetly don't share one brain yet where the harvard armys can figure this stuff out and immediatly transfer it all to the rest of us. 😂 I feel ike reactors are so used to army knowing SO much abt every song/MV that they don't realize it takes a while for army to learn and discover everything ourselves lmao It's like when ppl were reacting to RM's new album and asking "oh what does this mean?, what does that mean? why did he use this word? what abt the images in this MV? what does that represent?" and im like "I DON'T HAVE NAMJOON'S 148IQ BRAIN DICTIONARY, give us a few days to theorize and aggregate our knowledge together to come up with explanations for this man's art" LMAO Bangtan boys are too smart dude. They really respect and trust army intelegence to understand their art, ever since Wings, every project...there's just SO MUCH thought put into it. I'll give you this, you have not explored even half of the Smeraldo theme and why Jimin's titled the song that, bc it ties in with BTS' discography and the BU.
