Omg this series is so good! 😊 It's basically centered around a culinary school with everyone competing to be the best of the best. The reactions to the food can get a little extreme/dramatic but the food looks so good and you usually want to watch the show with a snack or a meal in case you get hungry 🤣 it's so fun to learn about how the food was made and it's just a fun show to watch all around!

Believing you when you say you love cooking, you'll love this show. You'll especially love the manga, as it literally has recipes from the series in it. I've made some of them and they're really good. Helps that the series creator hired a professional chef to come up with the recipes for the series.

These are great intros. As for the anime, great characters, story and animation is well done. The cooking competitions do get fierce. However, there is the make or break. I won't spoil anything. Just saying that when someone wins a competition, the judges are extremely expressive. Meaning a lot of suggestive material. Some find it hilarious due to being over the top ridiculous. Others find it uncomfortable. Give the first episode a watch and decide for yourself. Just be careful when presenting on this site. I myself wasn't comfortable, so I went with reading instead of watching.

The story and cooking are amazing in this show, but a heads up warning would be that the author used to be a hentai (anime porn) creator, and this influence can be seen in the nude expressivity and suggestive imagery in this show as well (even though it's not the main focus). I'm telling you in advance, so that you know what you're getting into. Still, it's a very good show, the duels, camps, and character progression in the matter of cooking skills and themed plates is on point.

U probably already finished with this series or nearly done. But reason why the final opening feels different is because the final season is the "After Story". This was made last minute when the publisher demanded the author write one more story arc; And was given a much smaller budget and shorter deadline. Also the culinary chef the author hired to help with the cooking part of the show was on maternity leave at the time. Reason why ppl consider the final season the weakest part of the show.
