You have just been introduced to the best a cappella group out there. These guys are all so talented. They lean towards country but they can do any genre. They all can take the lead depending on whos voice is best for the song. They are known for their tight harmonies. Tim Foust is one of the best bass singers out there & their beatboxer vocal percussionist Adam Rupp can simulate any sound. This song is very old & is done in the bluegrass country style. It was used in the movie "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" starring George Clooney.

Nice reaction! I do think you should strongly consider using some good headphones, especially when listening to a Capella. Without them you will be missing out on the detailed intricate sounds and layering that groups like Home Free bring to the table.

Good Post. If you do some more Home Free, which I think you should AND you'd like, do some HOME FREE songs. If you get into them, do older songs first and learn their sounds and ranges. Leave the Tim Foust, Austin Brown and Rob Lundquist Solos alone for awhile. Trust me, there is a reason for that. BUT, Home Free is in my book, the BEST A Cappella Band out there today. Home Free is incredible. Everything they do is great. And although they are a Country A-cappela group, they can really sing all genres. They really all have great voices with their own specialties. Even Adam Rupp who started the group with his brother Chris Rupp. Chris left the group in 2016 to go solo but also to start other projects with his sister, among others. Adam Rupp-Beatboxer but is actually an inhuman freaking good mouth artist. Tim Foust- Deep bass but also as a tenor and everything in between is possible. Austin Brown-High tenor with his great runs and high notes. Rob Lundquist (beard and glasses)-Tenor, with a voice like velvet and so much soul. Adam Chance (back left, who is called Chance) - Baritone/ Bass, a voice so smooth and sexy. And who here also makes the Jaw harp sound. There is not a permanent lead singer in Home Free, but they look (listen) at every song whose voice suits it best. The best harmony, no egos, no rivalries, great personalities etc. Besides, they can all beatbox (see their live performance 9to5). .. This is one of the many covers they do in addition to various originals, and each one is just amazing. Take the time to discover Home Free because it will be a great tour. For me they are number 1 A-Cappella group

Yep, they do all the instruments by mouth (unless you see an instrument). It’s rare but they do have them in videos sometimes. Usually it’s if they feature a guest playing.
