The fact that he doesn't show much emotion in Like Crazy because the song is about losing yourself in the fun of partying and just pretending to have fun, but you really feel none of that inside. The whole album is about Jimin's emotions during covid and that he didn't have the healthiest way of dealing with it (I don't think it was drugs though, because that is a gigantic no-no in Korea - like even accusations of that ruin careers over there, so it's no joke; most likely it was alcohol and maybe partying once restrictions eased up, possibly an unhealthy relationship). He just mentioned he went a little crazy and that he's out of it now.

He is talking about alcohol some. His Face album was about what he went through during the pandemic. It's worth a listen. Jimin has been voted best dancer in K-pop 5 or 6 years in a row now. His dancing is something else. :) The writing on him is a German poem. Yes he performed SMFP2 with this many dancers. :)

He said in an interview that this album (Face), represents a chronological retelling of his emotions throughout the pandemic. He talked in Suchwita (Suga's youtube show) about the fact that he felt lost at that time and he drank quite a bit. His tatoo for this MV is a german poem, this is the translation: “I live my life in ever-widening circles that stretch themselves out over all the things. I won’t, perhaps, complete the last one, but I intend on trying. I circle around God, around the ancient tower, and I circle for thousands of years; and I don’t know, yet: am I a falcon, a storm, or a mighty song.” The writer is Rainer Maria Rilke.

Jimin, I love this boy so much. I love his uniqueness and difference in every song, the unique tone of his voice, his amazing and smooth dancing, and the flexibility of his dancing, especially because he actually dances all types of dance. I love all the songs He also wrote all the songs on the Face album and the song “Sameraldo” as well, and the new album is the writer and composer. This boy is amazing in every sense of the word.

These two songs, from his Face album, show somewhat how he got through the pandemic and how he felt. ‘Lost in the lights’ he could be referring to missing ARMY. ‘Set Me Free’, the people in black could be his dark thoughts during that time. 💜

Seeing a full live performance, this time, from the sold out, 80K stadium, filmed in Osaka, Japan from the 2019 BTS Speak Yourself World Tour, is preferable. Jimin's so amazing, so mesmerizingly spectacular artistry, stage presence, vocals, his phenomenal dancing, as well as the equally amazing choreography, by Brian Puspos, who Jimin is close friends with, & have worked together a few times over the yrs, are all such must sees.
