Seventeen also has the highest percentage of synchronization in choreography among all kpop groups, they are the most synchronized group

There’s a really looong guide but the basics: They debuted in 2015 under Pledis which got acquired in 2020 by Hybe. The company had financial difficulties so their debut was pushed back for years and many trainees left. The plan was to debut 17 members hence the name but only 13 actually made it to the end. Now they just say 13 members + 3 units + 1 team = Seventeen. The fandom name is CARAT, as in diamond carats. They are called self-producing idols bc they started being involved in everything they do even before debuting. Woozi, one of the members is the main producer of the group. It’s actually really hard to find a song where he isn’t listed in the credits. All of the members take part in creating their music in some way, writing, composing and they were heavily involved in choreographing with others or just certain members themselves. Seventeen is divided in 3 units: Vocal unit Performance Unit Hiphop Unit These Units also have their own songs on some of their albums and EPs and each unit has a leader but in general they have one which is Scoups, the oldest and also the Hiphop unit leader. Besides the units they also have two songs under the sub-unit as the SVT leaders. Then there’s BSS. The gag trio. They put out a song in 2018 and this year they released Second Wind, an album with 3 songs. I think most Kpop fans have heard 'Fighting‘ this year. In the Kpop world Seventeen is especially known for their performances, they get called „the Kpop performance powerhouse“, „the theater kids of Kpop“, and „Kings of Synchronization“ to name just a few. Their choreos are so synced it’s a little scary. I think once you get to listen to their discography you’ll get why they’re called these names. They’ve done everything! In on album you get a new genre and sound for every song. I recommend watching some of their other MVs if you don’t like the bright Kpop sound but they started like this. When they debuted in 2015 it was a thing for boy groups to have a dark concept and then there was Seventeen with a cute song. Fans call it Freshteen. I hope you check out other songs and performances. „Super“ from this year is a must watch with the choreo, HOT, Rock with you, Don’t wanna cry, Fear, Cheers, Fighting. Face the sun and FML are my favourit albums, they have some of the best b-sides! Don Quixote, Shadow, I don’t understand but I love you are really good and you can look up performances for these. If you listen to b-sides, Seventeenlyrics is the best channel with translations. Hope this helps 😅

one of their main choreographers has once said that he has no problem giving members certain parts in choreos bc they’re all just THAT good at dancing he doesn’t even have to think twice!! First of all, thank you for your reaction ❤ Here are some informations 😊 0:42 they produce (mainly the member woozi and his friend bumzu) their own music, everyone writes, they choreograph, make themself merch so yeah self producing. pledis was in bankrupt but seventeen helped them and to get more resources, hybe bought pledis in 2020 but because they knew seventeen is a big promising group cause they were part of the big three EBS (Exo, BTS, Seventeen). 13 members + 3 subunits (hiphop, performance, vocal) + 1 whole team with the fans called carat = 17 but this was a fix. originally the plan was to actually debut with 17 people, some left before debut or were too young They are called the Powerhouse of KPOP, Synchronization Kings etc. and that’s because you’ll never see someone not in synchronization, even in their daily life they’re a in synchronization (themself said it). They have one of the biggest variety show called „Going Seventeen“ or GOSE, where they have whole series, themes and so on. Even just a GOSE fandom called „cubics“ which are only just watching the show haha it’s crazy. Official fan colours Serenity and rose quartz their surnames combined and obv. the funniest members haha 1. S.Coups Aug 08, 1995 28 years old (leader, hiphop unit and their leader) 2. Woozi Nov 22, 1996 26 years old (shortest, vocal unit leader, producer and genius overall) 8. DK Feb 18, 1997 26 years old (vocal unit, BSS leader, power vocal) 9. And that's what makes Seventeen very versatile in kpop bcs they always do different concept each year. They keep producing banger. So excited to have Seventeen be introduced to our channel!!! Debut in 2015. 13 members. 3 sub units: hip hop, performance, vocal. Each sub unit has their own leader, and an overall leader of the whole in S.Coups. They are called self producing as they write produce arrange and choreograph their whole discography. They have one of the strongest vocal lines and they are scientifically the most synchronized group when it comes to dancing in all of KPOP. Many of the members are well rounded as in they may be part of a particular sub unit, but everyone can do everything well. They are very chaotic, entertaining, funny etc. they do it all! Looking forward to more seventeen content…possibly a guide because there are a lot of members.

WOW, I've been waiting for them.💎 They are famous as a group that has been involved in producing, creating choreography and impossible synchronization since their debut. The group has two members from China and two from the USA. The whole group are also real comedians, they really have a reputation in this😂 The guys are very funny and talented, I'm sure you will like them. There are many of them, but I swear that each of them is special.😊 Also, before the debut, members wear symbolic rings on their little finger, which bind the group as a family. They never part with them. If you lost it, you buy a new one yourself👀 They also have a very famous show GOING SEVENTEEN, which has its own fandom - cubes. Very good reaction! I'm glad u get to meet seventeen. They are really talented, and their years of career make them a all-rounders artist. They can sing and be in sync being 13 people. I became an army last year and then soon became a carat and armycarat life is absolutely blissful😭 both groups starting out around the same time, having similar beginnings in terms of how they literally did everything themselves and basically carried their bankrupt companies on their backs, both self-produced and writing and composing etc. most of their music AS WELL AS having no skip discographies and immense talent, PLUS it’s nice to know that both groups are close and some of them besties too!! like jungkook and mingyu the bffs🫶

also side note: one member is missing in the choreography video (S.COUPS - the leader) as he’s currently recovering from a ACL surgery, he can walk and stuff now but is still doing rehab and won’t be able to dance just yet (idk if you noticed but he’s not with them in the mv, he’s in a hospital room which is hilarious considering his condition💀 so he couldn’t go to hungary to film the mv with the rest of them)

The God of Music video is super fun and happy and a great intro to the group. BUT! It truly doesn’t show off what they’re capable of. There are Seventeen dances that will make you say “what did I just watch?!” I recommend Hit, Thanks, Home;Run, and Hot-the dance practices, especially, although the MVs are also amazing. Wish I could watch them again for the first time!

They are considered the most synchronized group in k pop. Out of any group girl or guy groups. They have been that way since pre debut, which was May of 2015. They have so many videos and live preformances to prove this. But the one I would like for you guys to check out is a song called "Don't Wanna Cry." And may I also suggest that if you happen to do a reaction for it, hopefully, watch the video, dance rehearsal, like you did here, but also a live stage preformance. When a group, any group has what is called a "comeback" or a new release, the group promote their title track and one or two b side songs on music shows. If the song does well for the day or the week, two groups are always chosen for the best song/video for that program for the day or week. It is voted on by viewers....so you see, you can find a lot of live preformances that way...and every group goes all out for it....preformances never lack entertainment...
