I think SKZ songs are really strong After some time, the old songs that came out might be a bit tacky, but SKZ's old songs are cool even now Miroh's intro Felix's rap makes my heart pound every time I listen to it and Easy is a perfect song. In Miroh, Bang Chan's part was popular in Korea. "It's not hard. It's because I'm the one who jumped into the rough jungle." This is what gives people energy when they're doing hard. The work is hard, but I chose to do it, so let's do it! That's what made me feel like that. (Please understand if the writing is awkward sometimes. I am using a translator because it is not English-speaking culture) It's hard to tell the difference in the beginning because the members dance and the style keeps changing^^ 14:28 is I.N 14:36 is Woojin (Woojin is a member who left.)14:14 is Seungmin In the early video of SKZ, Woojin is there, so there are 9 members LEE KNOW is dressed in orange Jurassic Park at 12:29 and dances in the center

Yep, and just adding to this, I'm pretty sure that most people look at their own image if they see it. I think I even read an article about students not being able to focus properly when online classes started because they would check on their cameras to see if they look alright. It's just a natural reaction to seeing yourself on screen, and I'm sure you will get used to it if you give it time. Just keep doing what you enjoy, and don't listen to the haters!

Completely agree!!! I can't help looking at myself when I'm on screen and adjusting whatever needs adjusting. All KZbin people do it to some degree because it's a normal reaction. Whoever called you out for it is a total douchebag. People who are super judgemental tend to be the most insecure individuals so I try to think of them in that light. How sad a life must you have when you're complaining about what people do with their hands in their own KZbin videos? Or complaining about ANYTHING in someone's KZbin video. Don't like? Don't watch.

Yes! They have plenty of sad/serious songs, as someone else mentioned Ex, Secret Secret, Sorry I Love You, and Lonely St. are great choices! I would also add Another Day (one of my favourite skz songs), Silent Cry, and Scars to the list :D They also have some solo work that tends to go more into their personal struggles/experiences. I would highly recommend, Little Star (by Hyunjin), Streetlight (by Changbin ft.Chan), Alien (by Han), and I hate to admit (by Chan). If youre interested in any of the songs above please be sure to get a video with lyrics as they are quite important and some of the official uploads dont have captions. Some of the more serious side songs by Stray Kids I like are Voices, Silent Cry, Scars, M.I.A., Levanter, Haven, and many of the Mixtape # tracks. Some of the Songs can sound light, but the lyrics are deep. I love a lot of the individual songs they have released on KZbin like Han's Alien and Changbin's Streetlight.

the trick to recognize Hyunjin in their old MVs is that if you see someone that you feel you've never seen before, it's him (once you know what Woojin looks like, but I feel like he's easy to remember) for the others, only time can help hahaha but it's ok if you mix them up, we've all done it

And in the "MIORH" MV, the start is basically everyone walking with each other while I.N is in the room with all the security TV's as the spy/secret agent (btw, Woojin was in this mv). it also explains on how they want to be popular (or in this "MIORH" case) they wanna take over the world with their music just like their road model BTS has done with theirs!

These are definitely some of my favourites. I also love Chronosaurus which isn't often recommended, but I love it. Also Cheese and GRR, there are so many fire bops! For sadder songs: Scars, Ex, Winter Falls, Lonely Street... For more vocally focused, emotional/ballad type songs, mostly written to STAY: Never ending Story, Love Stay, 24 to 25... I'm sure there are more but I can't think straight with Miroh playing in the background lol... People have already listed a lot of titles for SKZ's sadder/more emotional songs, so I don't want to pile on too much rn. But fwiw, if anything, the _majority_ of SKZ's songs are in that vein in some way. It's just that those aren't the songs that the general public knows about. But the concept (what concept there even is) of SKZ was always to have a self-formed, organically and genuinely bonded, self-producing group that was going to grow up in front of the fans and share their struggles and growing pains and highs and lows along the way. And they did; starting with their very first song (Hellevator), they've been laying bare their fears and pains and doubts through their music, as well as both empathizing with and encouraging fans who might be feeling similarly. The thing is, you often won't be able to tell based on the music. Everyone's giving you very good suggestions -- Ex, OH, Another Day, 19, Spread My Wings, 4419, Grow Up, Little Star, For You, and some of my go-to comfort songs like Secret Secret, Neverending Story, Streetlight, Alien, I Hate to Admit, and more. But those are, at most, mid-level boppy tracks, as "emotional" and "not hard" are getting conflated a bit. Songs like Mirror (not Mirror Mirror -- two very different songs), Voices, Hellevator, Awaken, Silent Cry, Rock, Scars, SLUMP, Insomnia, 3rd Eye, Levanter, and _tons_ more are deep, emotional, powerfully personal songs...that also happen to go mid-level to hard on the music. I mean, look at the lyrics in Side Effects -- that is an _intensely_ emotional, personal, vulnerable songs. It just also happens to be hard-hitting, head-banging psytrance, so most people seem to overlook the actual message. Anyway, my suggestion is to keep going, check out suggestions from everyone, and keep in mind that a huge amount of their songs are 1) emotional/deep/meaningful and 2) often also pretty musically hard at the same time. In a perfect world, you'd start at the beginning and just work your way forward through every song, but I realize that's how _I'm_ wired, not necessarily you. I do hope you someday have a chance to hear their entire discography, though, because it's absolutely overflowing with incredible music and the largest overall collection of meaningful lyrics I've seen.

I love your reactions. They are so honest and real. And I admire that you called out what was said to you. It was mean and gratuitous, and I sure hope that person left and got a life. For someone who, at 43, is still extremely insecure, it's important and it feels good to see a young woman assuming herself the way you did. And more importantly, working on it. It was the same year I started listening to K-pop in general so, as an occidental (France), memorizing and pronouncing their names was hell. So, knowing who was who was even worse, especially since in their early videos they almost all have short dark hair. Plus, in the first three vids you reacted to, Woojin was still here. About the sad songs, they do have a few, I guess it depends on what you find sad but I'm going to list a few: - Another Day - Ex (it's kinda of a romantic song, but sad) - Secret Secret - Streetlight (Changbin SKZ Player) - I don't want to admit/I hate to admit (Bang Chan SKZ Player) - Piece (Changbin and Seugmin) - Sorry I love you (another one about relationship) - Voices (the lyrics are deep, not sure if you will find it sad) - 42 (this is a 3racha song that they removed from their official chanel because of the lyrics, it talks about sui***de and it doesn't end it in a happy note, like most of the newer songs, so this is hard one to listen)

Don't stress about matching the correct names to faces this early on in your SKZ journey! The boys make it a little difficult by changing up their looks every video anyway.
