NASA has chosen 3 space-themed tracks by BTS to play on their 2024 voyage. -Mikrokosmos -134340 -Moonchild (RM's solo song)

No darkness here, I think they were inspired by seeing all the army bombs shining in the darkness (from their perspective) and knowing that each one is connected to a precious person. Also in a ending ment in 2015 for the Most Beautiful Moments in Life RM said that each one of us has a galaxy in our hearts - the clip is included in Rise of Bangtan so you'll see it).

Fyi...Mikrokosmos is one of the songs chosen by NASA to accompany its outer space mission. The three songs are Mikrokosmos, 134340 from BTS and Moonchild from Rm Bts 💜

This song always brings out an emotional reaction. I don't know if it's the beautiful melody, the heartfelt lyrics or the way their faces look when they are with Army. I always love it when Army sings to BTS, hope I will be in the crowd one day to sing to them.😊 Love your reaction. See you soon.💜

Usually, when BTS is talking about space themes, they are talking about ARMY. Moon, astronaut, mikrokosmos, galaxy, universe, lights, stars, etc. Because ARMY Bombs look like a sea of stars from stage. They call is their "little universe" or "little galaxy" or mikrokosmos. This song is for ARMY. There are so many songs that are for ARMY.

Jimmy Fallon says the name right. =0p Yes, they did a whole residency for a week on his show a few yrs back. it was so cool. This was during the pandemic. They were in Korea. I hope u watch. For Idol they performed at Gyeongbokgung Palace. It is the main royal palace of the Joseon dynasty. Built in 1395, It is a very special because not many performances take place there. It is a complex of over 500 buildings in Seoul including some National Museums. They also did Mikrokosmos at that same complex but it was at a place called the Gyeonghoeru Pavilion. My Fav song is Your Eyes Tell (Japanese OST) but this was a fab performance. They go big our guys. =0] Also, check out Dear Class 2020. That performance was my first for this song and it's always a wow. fav stage for me for "Mikrokosmos" is MMA 2019. it's really cool. During the Speak Yourself tour, “Mikrokosmos” always came after BTS' ending ments, making it an emotional song. Your reactions are great. I fell in complete love with BTS because they feed all the different artistic needs music, dance, visual beauty, poetry, creativity with a side dish of comfort, love and support. Poetry is meant to be both specific and general. It is supposed to be interpreted by the individual just like art. I like explainations because they give me all the content I might miss because there is so much to experience. Not because there is only one correct answer. Art is always open to interpretation because it is a relationship. An exchange between the artists and each individual human who brings their own history and emotional landscape.

Never feel that you are wrong. Although some of the BTS songs Do have an intended meaning behind them (some not ever told specifically by BTS themselves), music speaks to each of us in different ways. So, You interpret however it speaks to You and you will not be wrong. Different people can take away different meanings. Example: even RM said let the Spring Day come again when they did that song during the Pandemic on Tiny Desk (I think). We were all hoping for a Spring Day to come at that point, so the song can mean different things and they write a lot of their music in that way. 134340 is another one - it can be a love song, but is actually about Pluto. Mikrokosmos is a beautiful song, lyrically and the composition as well. You are right - the live really is amazing with the planets and stars all around. :) Thank you for the reaction.
