Honestly, BTS has no bad songs. They may make a song in a genre you don't care for, but the song and performance is still enjoyable. You were right when you talked about how the song was a combination of music, dance, performance, acting... etc. That's Kpop. Although BTS has surpassed the Kpop category, they started there. And Kpop combines auditory and visual elements: music, dance, beauty and fashion. It's performance art. The title tracks of BTS albums are mostly upbeat and more mainstream, but the B sides are more personal and introspective. So the title tracks bring you to BTS but the B side keeps you with them. Their discography is huge but I've whittled the list down for you. Main Title tracks in order from early to latest: Danger I Need You* see footnote Blood, Sweat and Tears DNA Fake Love IDOL Boy With Love Black Swan Life Goes On Yet to Come *There is a storyline that runs through BTS' albums/MVs. We call it the Bangtan Universe. The MV for I Need You is the start of the BU. It's quite different and really, you shouldn't react to it until you're ready to follow the storyline because it contains imagery and references that are reflected in other videos, but the first is full of graphic and emotional images having nothing to do with the song itself.

To have a general context of this song and the official MV, I tell you that this was the song that BTS had prepared as the group's farewell in 2020 to go on the Map Of The Soul 7world tour. before entering Mandatory Military Service, but the COVID pandemic came and all those plans had to be postponed

BTS used Carl Jung's analytical psychology to write the lyrics and make the official MV. It talks about accepting our shadows, which are those repressed parts of us. We can only evolve when we truly accept these repressed parts of ourselves. That's why the lyrics say "leave me with my everything" Only when we accept everything that is part of us can we find peace. By the way, the drums announce. the battle that will be faced... just as it was in the Middle Ages that soldiers were warned to prepare for battle with drums🇧🇷💜

That was fun, thank you! That was the first time I've watched all four videos back to back, which was a great idea! Just so you know, I don't think you ever have to worry about how long a BTS reaction video is. We will watch for hours. Recently I watched a 7 hour reaction video of someone watching episodes of Run BTS, their variety show. Once Jin was gaming for hours & many ARMY watched the whole time. (I was new at that time, so I missed it. I don't know what he played or for how long, I just remember that many people watched the whole thing.) IMO there Is no such thing as too much BTS! Loved your reaction! Just so you know, the autogenerated subtitules are always wrong. So the Turkish ones you were using in the On Music Video Shooting Sketch were incorrect. If you need correct subtitules in Turkish, maybe you can search on KZbin if someone uploaded a video with correct translation in your language and if there's not, i think choosing existing English subs would be better because at least the translation makes sense.

How lovely you guys are. It's just so nice to meet two new (?) reactors who just 'get' BTS and ARMY! This is what it is all about. We don;t need to like every song the same way, but we are open to each view and to helping each other find our way through the maze that is BTS! This song is a reflection on the struggles BTS have had since ... well even when they were in training. For many years, other companies, Korean media (often under the instruction of the other companies) and fans of other groups undertook organised measures to try to make BTS fail - but now BTS want to say - look do your worst - we know what we are doing and we will come through and succeed.
