I was at the Quincy Jones concert at the 02 in London. AJ wasn't on the program. Quincy Jones introduced AJ as a young girl from Norway, who was going to sing Fly me to the moon in the same arrangement that Quincey Jones did for Frank Sinatra. That's why it is a lot faster than other versions. She was only 12 at the time. So good to watch her sing this again on the 10th July in Norway. 18 songs back to back and an incredible stage presence.

Mr. Jones saw the video with the horse and decided to invite Angelina for his 85th birthday to London and he discreetly brought her in, and it was the surprise OPENER of his party at the O2 Arena. She sang in front of the totaly astounded bigwigs of the music industry, some fell instantly in love with that 12 yo girl, others started to fear that girl, that, one day would kill their "stars". To them I say "Time is up folks" . In a way Angelina is untouchable for those guys. Too many influential people watch over her, including the whole nation of Norway. This first video… yes it is one of her first “music videos” produced and directed by Angelina’s grandmother Mery Zamani. After doing this you might realize why Mery is so beloved among us fans. She introduced Angelina to jazz when she was about two years old, and Angelina’s mother Sarah says that it is Mery who Angelina gets her creativity from. ❤️🥰

Another great reaction. Fly Me To The moon has kind of become Angelina’s signature song. She has probably recorded and performed this song more than any other. The music video was directed by her grandmother Mery Zamani. Regarding the performance for Quincy Jones, she was personally invited by Quincy Jones to perform at his 85th birthday celebration. Believe it or not she was only 12. He told her that she was the best young singer he had met since Michael Jackson.

I've heard that the first video was filmed at or near the Great Salt Lake in Utah, so Angelina IS walking on salt!The Quincy Jones rehearsal was in 2018 when Angelina was 12. Quincy Jones supplied the orchestra with the same arrangement he wrote for Frank Sinatra, which probably included the same tempo. The concerts in Norway were done last year when she was 16. I wish the Linkedin recording was longer! Thanks to both of you for reacting to all 5 versions of this song. BTW, I like the pictures behind you from The Nightmare Before Christmas!

Hi! Thank you both for this wonderful presentation of Angelina'a performances. When you first uploaded three videos other in one reaction, I was "over the moon". 🙂 Now, with five, I've had to tie sea anchors to tooth feet to prevent me going into the stratosphere. 😄 Angelina's age in these performances - 8, 7, 12, 11, 16. The live concerts she gave in Norway during June/July 2022 were outstanding. Her interaction with the audience was so natural and sincere. Actually the Frank Sinatra arrangement was made by Quincy Jones and it was performed with Count Basie and his orchestra. Shortly after this performance at O2 arena she performed a more jazz version which was slowed to her liking, but the Quincy Jones performance was a specific arrangement, not hers, that’s why they needed to do the rehearsal, because they needed to get on the same page.

The first video is supposed to give an otherworldly image: moon, mars, jupiter etc :-) Angelina was 12 at Quincy's concert. In this version the actual concert version is editted in, in rehearsal video. She opened Quincy's birthday party unannounced and was all the talk afterwards. Quincy compared her to Michael Jackson. The arrangement and the orchestra is having such a gorgeous duet with Angelina. Of all the versions possibly my favourite. This was the arrangement Quincy made for Frank Sinatra: it was a tribute to Quincy. The LinkedIn version was a commercial for a LinkedIn promotion. Het 2022 live concerts were incredible and I can't wait to see her live myself :-) It's such a great relaxed version! Thanks for these great combined reactions!

She was born January 10th 2006 , that should help reduce the number of guesses you need to make. The rehearsal 2018 has vision from rehearsal and audio from actual performance because the rehearsal was recorded on iPhone or camera so quality wasn't great. It was for Quincy's birthday so performed his version.

You had to make a choice. It worked out well. In the late show one, she sounded pretty congested, but still pulled it off amazingly well. Maybe a little congestion in the Linked In one ,(maybe not), but either way her voice was a little more resonant/"fuller". All the others are good to listen to on your own time (if you have any). If only one more, as others have suggested, her appearance on "The View" after winning NGT is worth your time (even though there are lots of haters of Rosie). I love these multiple views over time. Keep up the great work.

Indeed Frank's version of Quincy's arrangement is one of my favorites song. Julie London does a jazzy version in the 50's and Dianna Krall also does a great live version.

@@TouchyReactions One performance you over looked is when she was on "Little Big Shots" hosted by Steve Harvey (when the camera panned over to Steve he had a look of bewilderment, then he was really grooving to Angelina's performance. Did you see the1st time she sang this song on her 1st trip to the US shortly after her victory on NGT - 2014 on The View!

Props again for going the extra mile. The one at 7 appears to be between her 4 NGT performances, first two NGT were at 7 and the second two she was 8. There is a couple at 8 on american TV shows. The rehearsal one she was 12, she was preparing to perform at Quincy Jones Birthday @ O2 arena in London, she opened the show. Also though not a perfect measure. She was born in January 2006 so you can subtract from whatever year the performance was posted and you will be pretty close.

In your 3rd video she was 12. She was a last minute addition to QJ’s 85th birthday concert at theO2 arena in London. This was the arrangement Jones did for Frank Sinatra and the Count Basie Band. She was invited by Jones to open the concert. She also got to perform back stage for Jones. The orchestra was a London Big Band and London Symphony strings.

Love this kind of reaction to multiple versions of the same song over her young life. We were among many who made the trip from the USA to Norway to see her at the July 10, 2022 concert and the experience was an absolute delight. She has a wonderful stage presence that will only improve over the years. I know you said you selected only five performances out of many. The 2nd video is from right after her audition got aired, so it's even before she won. The rehearsal video you used has the concert sound dubbed onto it. She was 12 there. Fly Me To The Moon is sort of Angelina's signature song, she did it more often than any other title, with different arrangements, from just a guitar via jazz and big bands to orchestra. I think there are videos of her doing it on more than 30 occasions, including rehearsals and fragments.
