This is the deadly serious song about the deadly serious things...

It’s a tongue-in-cheek song that’s pretty much political satire (almost each line and motif is a reference, and you can look more into that if you want). It’s unstructured, it’s random, it’s clunky, but it’s absolutely won me over. It works because they laugh with you and not at you. Seeing how seasoned the band is, and how spectacular they are live, I’m confident they will qualify.
@awicca3079 Жыл бұрын
It's very much structured. It's structured in acts, it seems as pure chaos, but like in any real war there is clear structure taking place.
@awicca3079 Жыл бұрын
Have you noticed the flow of the music? Starts with a boom, an idea. After the introduction "Mama kupila traktora" is repeated for quite a chuck of the song. One could interpret that as a repeatment of the history, the society grooming phase, and the cold war in Ukraine. The stuff that happened in the background, while the rest of the world wasn't really affected. Then comes the electronical bit, the brainwashing phase after which you ecstaticly emerge excited to go to war! This goes well with alphabet analysis, and if we look back the Russian kids were excited to go to war, but never really understood what it meant. I remember this from the early begining of the war. After this we have a musical part, glorifying the cause, excitement, proclaiming to your country that you're going to war! All of this under the influence of the moron that the mother loved, moron turned psychopath, now ever clear for everyone to see. After that, we got the same tune as the one from the beginning which represented grooming, except now it's assemblement. And it's done swiftly! Finally, we get back to the musical part, which slowly transforms into a dramatic moment that explodes at the end. The dramatic bit included undressing, revealing the true self, there is pain, but there is no hesitation. One could say they are fanatic. It's really interesting, this is a piece that lasts 3 mins, but it's analysis can indeed be two hours long.

.From CroaŠČia..........Hidden in a plain sight. This is a superb ‘rock-opera’ anti-war parody with powerful visuals. Tractor is a reference to Belarus president Lukashenko's birthday present to Putin. In the song Putin is described as a "vile little psychopath", the vocalist represents Stalin, and the guy with nuclear rockets has NINLE on his forehead (word play: Nin-Le=Lenin) and is dressed in monk's outfit, like Rasputin. Insertion of a dominant, sinister, dark Lenin, who came way before Putin, points to a much deeper problem. And those TWO nuclear warheads; after all we all know who dropped the A-bombs! At the end of the video, on the nuclear missile, it is written "pajČu", an anagram; "Čupaj"- pull out. Trajna nina nena’ is Croatian song for little kids; ‘Trajna nina armagedon nona’(grandma) speaks for itself. Mama ŠČ is a metaphor for Mother Russia (ŠČ is a letter of the Russian alphabet, also old Croatian Glagolitic). The Cyrillic letter Shch Щ was derived from the Glagolitic (Croatian script) letter Sht Ⱋ. Coincidently, the sum of letters Š and Č gives Z (25+4=29) in Croatian alphabet, and Z is a military symbol used by Russian Federation to mark their military vehicles in Ukraine. The chaotic part of the song represents repeating the same mistakes from history, and not learning anything. It plays Croatian alphabet in reverse: Ž(Ж/Ⰶ), Z(З/Ⰷ), V(В/Ⰲ), U(У/Ⱆ), T(Т/Ⱅ), Š(Ш/Ⱎ), S(С/Ⱄ), R(Р/Ⱃ), P(П/Ⱂ), O(О/Ⱁ), Nj(Њ/Ⱀⰺ), N(Н/Ⱀ), M(М/Ⰿ), Lj(Љ/Ⰾⰺ), L(Л/Ⰾ), K(К/Ⰽ), J(Й/Ⰺ), I(И/Ⰻ), H(Х/Ⱈ), G(Г/Ⰳ), F(Ф/Ⱇ), E(Е/Ⰵ), Đ(Ђ/Ⰼ), Dž(Џ/Ⰴⰶ), D(Д/Ⰴ), Ć(Ћ/Ⱋ), Č(Ч/Ⱍ), C(Ц/Ⱌ), B(Б/Ⰱ), A(А/Ⰰ). Visually, there are a lot of subliminals with multilevel meaning. Crocodile is a terrible drug popular in Russia, that makes people act like zombies. Guys are dressed in military uniforms but in pink and bright colors and are wearing dresses; making fun of all warmongers and military establishments, proponents of chaos. Side image shows roses sticking out of their asses. Preposterous, or superb description of the present time? Main exclamation is ‘mama idem u rat’- mommy I am going to war, a cry against the forced mobilization, and sending young people to kill each other. Are we ever going to learn?!

It actually reminds me that wars are all because somebody has different alphabet over this "language-nation" concept. And yet every alphabet is essentially the same because every one of them contains "A B C" in different ways. So it means that all wars are over nothing, having no meaning. Also I can feel that smell of Yugoslavian wars somewhere deep in that song. Really jams somewhere but I cannot pinpoint it.
@patroden Жыл бұрын
I disagree strongly. There has been many wars from peoples with the same language...

You are absolutely wrong!!! The song is about Zelensky. It is he who runs around in military clothes and asks for weapons. The tractor in the song symbolizes a Polish tractor that was hit by a Ukrainian rocket. But the most important thing is the phrase: "krokodilski psihopat", it is consonant with zelenskiy, a crocodile of green color, and in Ukrainian green sounds like zeleni, i.e. it is a hint of Zelensky. It all fits together. It was Ukraine that fired at a nuclear power plant on his orders, this is hinted at by missiles with the radiation sign. While the performers are afraid to talk about it, but they will definitely tell you later))))

krokodil is a street drug allegedly popular in Russia, derived from codeine. That sound they keep making is their version of щ, a russian consonant. (like "sh" but up the top of the palate). There is a lot more in it, but I thought I would just mention these two.

I love the fact AI can't understand it. The lyrics are cryptic but very meaningful, I will write some interpretations but they officially said it's an anti-war song and that ŠČ can be different things such as a sound you make when you cum 😆. They exist as a bend in Croatia for over 30 years now and they are always making some performances like this to shock people and they are very liberal. According to the interpretation, the letter ŠČ doesn't exist in the Croatian language as a letter or a word but Š is number 25th in the alphabet, Č is the number 4, and when you add it together it's 29 which is the letter Z. Russia is using letter Z in the war even do it's not in their alphabet. This is why singing the whole alphabet also makes some sense. On the rockets in the live performance, there is written "NJIN-LE" - LE-NJIN (meaning Lenin), PAJČU - ČUPAJ (meaning Pull out but since everything is upside down it's actually Put-in!) Also, drag dressing as military soldiers can be interpreted as mocking all of the dictators who are not LGBT-friendly usually. Their taking of the clothes at the end of the live performance can be interpreted as "the king is naked", referring to a person who is so vain he does not see the truth about himself, but the world does. ;) Now, the lyrics' interpretation can go as follows: Mother ŠČ (Mother Russia) Mom bought a tractor (Mother Russia bought a Belarus - Belarus is a model of a tractor and Lucaschenko purchased a tractor for Putin's 70s birthday) Armageddon granma (Armageddon SSSR) Mom loved a moron (repeating) (Russia loved Putin, Lenin, ...) Mom, I'm going to play (for Putin this is a game, but kids are dying) Mom, I'm going to war (he will go to war, but he said this is not a war for him it's the liberation of the territory) Mom loved a moron (Russia loved Putin) That little psychopath (Puttin is short) Wicked little psychopath Crocodile psychopath (Crocodile tears - fake tears, also a drug used in Russia which makes people act like zombies also Boris Johnson said dealing with Putin was like "a crocodile when it's got your leg in its jaws" ) Hope you will understand now better the whole concept of the song. It's brilliant on some other level :)

Considering the actual content and the context of the song Mama ŠČ (Momma ShCh), this should be the closest, if not the actual, translation of the song. Greetings from Croatia ✌ º This is the anti-war song with sarcastic lyrics and irony ¹ It refers to when Belarus President Lukashenko has bought a tractor to the Russian President Putin as a gift, so since Russia finances Belarus, basically Russia bought a tractor to itself ² Šč (Щ) is a letter of the Russian alphabet (Russian azbuka), and the nickname for Russia is Mother Russia ³ Singing of (nuclear) lullaby (sarcasm) ⁴ Croatian Alphabet, in this case a little bit rearranged for the sake of the song Lyrics: ¹ Momma bought a tractor ² ShCh! Momma bought a tractor ShCh! Momma bought a tractor ³ Try-nah-neen-ah, Armageddon-noun-ah ShCh! Momma bought a tractor ShCh! Momma bought a tractor ShCh! Momma, I'm going to war!!! That little psychopath (W-w-war, war) A mean little psychopath (W-w-war, war) Crocodile psychopath (W-w-war, war) Momma, I'm going to war!!! TRACTOR... Momma's kissing a moron ShCh! Momma's kissing a moron ShCh! Momma's kissing a moron Try-nah-neen-ah, Armageddon-noun-ah That little psychopath (Mama, we're going to war) A mean little psychopath (War, war) Crocodile psychopath (Mama, we're going to war) Momma, I'm going to war!!! That little psychopath (Mama, we're going to war) A mean little psychopath (War, war) Crocodile psychopath (Mama, we're going to war) Momma, I'm going to war!!! Momma, momma, momma That little psychopath (Mama, we're going to war) A mean little psychopath (War, war) Crocodile psychopath (Mama, we're going to war) Momma, I'm going to war!!! ShCh! P.S. In 1997, the band released their fifth album, titled "Nečuveno" (translated as "Outrageous or "Unheard-of"). It was distributed as a CD, but it had nothing recorded on it. Nonetheless, 350 copies of the album were sold. The album had a video "Nečuveno" with just an empty blue screen. In 2000. Let3 made an album "Jedina" (The only one) in just 1 copy which they refused to publish, but when they did in one of their next concerts around that time, the band burned the copy in front of everyone without playing a single song from that album. There's more, but then again, google it. 😁😂

There is deeper meaning with "idem u rat" which means "I am going to war". I can feel both current war and Yugoslavian wars combined. Also "traktor" means not just vehicle, but tank - because all "tractor factories" were mass producing tanks in WW. Also "traktor" means money which are given to families as compensation for lost soldiers. You can literally google it "white lada kalina" news report where russian family says they bought a car with "death money". This deep meaning is not funny at all. Very serious song. But on the surface it is satire because people understand it most easily.
