They are actors. And that's how they used to do these scripted "interviews". Moin Akhtar used to become a different character in each episode; Anwar Maqsood used to be the "serious" interviewer. This show later inspired other TV shows like this, such as Between Two Ferns. Moin Akhtar was one of the finest actors ever. Just for this show, Loose Talk, he played 400 different characters to absolute perfection! A proper legend.

Moin Akhtar is an old school comedian. He in fact was a stand up comic. I had the pleasure of meeting him and seeing him perform live in the mid 80's. The guy was humble, nice and extremely funny improvisor. I believe he passed away in 2011 of a heart attack. RIP.

The anchor remains in character while the guest keeps changing character..Its scripted to an extent but the guest or to be precise Moin Akhter is heavy on improvisation..Anwar Maqsood the anchor has to keep matching his next line of question according to the guests response..You should watch Moin Akhtar playing Man Mohan Singhs character..Also one of the most famous ones is the Interview of a Bangladesh Crickter while his team is on tour of Pakistan.

No this is not an actual interview. The guy with the harmonium plays a different role every time. Each episode featured Anwar Maqsood as the host and Moin Akhter as a guest impersonating hundreds of different personalities including Saddam Hussein (episode 26), Abdul Sattar Edhi (episode 276), former Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh (episode 298), Sushma Swaraj, Javed Miandad, a harmonium player, a Christian nurse, a transgender woman, and a single mother. The lead actor moin akhter died in 2011.

This is a scripted skit written by 'Anwar Masood' the interviewer. It's a very famous and old Pakistani program "Loose Talk" from 2001-2002. They used to talk about different serious and otherwise concepts and situations in a comedic manner. The guy interviewing is the writer of the show and the guy playing the character of the harmonium guy was a very famous comedian "Moin Akhtar" he used to take different get-ups like the one in this show and was very famous for getting into a character. Each episode featured Anwar Maqsood as the host and Moin Akhter as a guest impersonating hundreds of different personalities including former Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh, Sushma Swaraj, Saddam Hussein, a Christian nurse, a transgender woman, and a single mother etc. Bushra Ansari another comedic character also starred in several episodes
