Sis, I'm Nigerian too lol It's pronounced "Sha-de" She's actually a British-Nigerian!! Her full name is Helen Folasade Adu

If someone asked me to describe the perfect woman it would be Sade. She is beautiful, sophisticated, mysterious, sexy, classy and somehow strong and vulnerable at the same time. Her beautiful voice marches her gorgeous face and she exudes true femininity.
@RVWeekendsRC13 жыл бұрын
Perfect description! I agree. Some people don't know a great woman, till it's too late(me, major regrets). She is it. Oh if I could go back in time to tell my younger self.......selflessness and unconditional love! What a fool I was:( Now I'm gonna be 56 and alone,...shame on me. Maybe God will grace me with a good woman to love till I die:/

@@RVWeekendsRC1 Same here, Brother. I too always saw Sade as female perfection. I have found an incredible, feminine, sweet and (truly) strong woman, but you will NEVER find her in the West.
@RVWeekendsRC1 Жыл бұрын
@@luxdevoid I’m currently on my 3rd trip to London meeting a Philipina there. She’s been in London for over 20 years so not your typical, traditional one but she is beautiful and loving so far…time will tell where it goes.
@luxdevoid Жыл бұрын
@@RVWeekendsRC1 That's interesting. My girl is a Filipina as well. However, I think there are many wonderful women who can be great life partners in Asia and Africa. Perhaps Central and South America. each to their own, but the West is gone. Even a "good" conservative woman has insane laws on her side and you are swimming upstream against the culture (meaning all her friends).

Stella, you became my favorite "reactionista" when I saw you fall in love with Bill Medley's voice on "You've Lost That Loving Feeling." But this reaction is all about Sade who is also a "giant" voice. It makes me believe that you would enjoy Iyeoka singing: "Simply Falling" or "Hum The Bassline." Different voice, same jazzy/bluesy vibe.

Her name is pronounced Shaa - day. But the name is also the name of the band. The musical instrument is most likely keyboards, synthesizer. The music video shows that she's still in love with a toxic, abusive ex-lover who she knows is not good for her. React to her songs Smooth Operator, Hang On To Your Love, Your Love Is King, Sweetest Taboo, Paradise, Nothing Can Come Between Us, No Ordinary Love, Kiss Of Life, By Your Side and Cherish The Day please.

I think you missed the meaning of this song. He was not a nice guy. She was in love but knew she needed to leave him. At the end, she left him
@nikkinewbie6014 Жыл бұрын
Listen to the lyrics of the song again. She was in a bad relationship. Her guy was cheating on her but she still loves him and wants him to want to be with her. Is it a crime that she still wants him. They are not together anymore and she was in his space but left before he got there - but she left a sign she’d been there. This guy is in other videos of hers. So it’s a connected thread of a relationship being shown through the songs / videos. I never liked the content of this video but I guess people can connect with the lyrics. Even if a guy cheats on you you might still have feelings - they don’t just go away but not can you stay. 😂😂

The video is about a woman who was in loved with a man I think a gangster type man that even thow they seperated or broke up from each other because of the mistreatment of him too her (:. Kind of like a love hate relationship (:. That even thow they broke up from that she still has feelings for him (:. And maybe he does too about her but is too cruel and angry in his way too show it (: You have too watch Sweetest taboo vid too sort of get the story (:. I think this vid is the brake up part (:. The other is the actual relationship part (:. Sade is a very creative artist both in her videos and music that both So mesmerizing and of course her voice and beauty are beyond mind blowing (:. I just can’t take it.. her name is pronounced ShaRRR-day.. not Shah-day…she says this a million times in her interviews.. please Google.. she has 1 child, she was born in Nigeria and raised in Britain .. so she is Nigerian- British .. you have to watch Smooth Operator to understand this video… uggh.. don’t comment with mis- information!!!

You have to watch Smooth Operator first to get this video
The song wasn't made for the video, the video was made for the song. The video shouldn't be interpreted so literally, it's just some nice dramatic imagery to accompany the song, the song stands on its own without the video.
