I only got to see the live viewing at the movies recently and almost passed out from the energy we all had from VERY NICE at the end... I think it was like 20 or so minutes of just that. Can't even imagine trying to have the energy for that in a real concert situation.

Wonwoo had just returned for this performance after his mothers passing away. That is why he is acting that way. The two on the very end are Vernon the rapper and Dino the maknae.They are the youngest members. the two on the opposite end are Jeonghan and S,Coups they are the oldest members, The little short guy is Woozi he is the Producer of the music and he and Vernon are the two main song writers in the group.

As you may know, Seventeen is one of the Kpop industry's very first self-produced idol groups, this means that the members of Seventeen are the ones that create everything themselves, with help and advice from Pledis Entertainment's choreographers, songwriters and rap producers when needed. But the majority of everything you see and hear is created by the members and the professionals are only consulted or asked to assist to bounce ideas off of and to finetune things, etc. When they debuted Pledis Entertainment was a really small company that had almost no money, and Seventeen had to learn how to make do with what they had a lot of the times. That's one of the reasons why Seventeen became a self-produced group, because it saved the company money if they didn't have to pay songwriters, producers, choreographers, etc. to come up with everything for them, and it just so happened that they had some really talented members who were excellent at songwriting, choreographing, and producing, etc. Seventeen was instrumental in Pledis' success. Similar to how BigBang pretty much made YG Entertainment what it is today, Seventeen was the group that played a large part in preventing Pledis from going bankrupt. The songs in order of performance in their Killing Voice are: "Adore U," "MANSAE," "Pretty U," "Oh My!" "A-TEEN" "Snap Shoot," "Run to You," "Don't Wanna Cry," "Home," "Our Dawn is Hotter than Day," "Darl+ing," "CLAP," "Left & Right," "HOT," and "Very Nice." Fun fact: Mansae doesn't really have a clear meaning, it's more of a cheer that you say in Korean when you are happy, similar to "hooray" in English. One of the reasons they chose "Very Nice" as their encore song is because it is one of their most popular songs, and it is what has really made them famous. You can hear TV shows and commercials all over the place in Korea using this song. And on top of all that it was wrote, composed and choreographed in part by them, so they are all reaping the rewards. :D For example, the majority of the songs you just heard were written by Woozi (the blond who might be your favorite) who is the leader of the vocal unit, with the help of the rest of the vocal unit -- Jeonghan, Joshua, DK, and Seungkwan. Hoshi, who is the leader of the performance unit (dancers), most often creates the group's choreography along with input from the other members of the performance unit -- The8, Jun and Dino. And S.Coups, who is the leader of Seventeen and the leader of the hip-hop unit, usually writes the rap sections with help from the other members of the hip-hop unit -- Wonwoo, Mingyu, and Vernon. They are so hands-on with everything they do that some of the members have even directed, produced and edited a few of their MVs. Seventeen's name comes from the fact that they have 13 members + 3 sub-units (Vocal unit, performance unit and hip-hop unit) + they come together as 1 group = 17. Their fandom name is Carats -- like Seventeen carat diamonds. 💍 And their symbol is a diamond. To find 13 young men, who really didn't know each other before becoming a group, that are so multi-talented is impressive. And the fact that they are constantly able to come up with hit after hit and maintain one of the top spots in the industry all on their own, makes them even more mind blowing. Something you should also be aware of is that Seventeen are known for their choreography and their dance practice videos, so when you watch their MVs, I recommend you combine your reaction with their dance practice videos. They are nicknamed "The Theatre Kids of Kpop," because they are so good at telling a story through their dance. Therefore, in order to really see what makes them extra special, you need to see their dance practice videos.

21:50 the last song they did “aju nice” is known to be the last song preformed on their concerts and it’s also called never-ending aju nice😂 because they kept repeating it for so many times until fans are tired from jumping, they act like it’s the last one, leave the stage and then come back again with aju nice and they do it again and again, that’s why they acted like they left and then came back to preform it as the song, you should check one of their never-ending aju nice stages it’s so funny seeing them leaving and then running back again when the song starts over and over😂 hope that helps clear some confusion

if you're wanting to do a guide, the best one that pretty much everyone uses is the 'super long seventeen guide 2023' by caratline17 - there are 4 parts (intro, hiphop unit, performance unit & vocal unit) and is definitely a bit of a time commitment, but thats sort of a given with 13 members lol the shorter blonde guy who's voice you like is woozi, he produces pretty much all of seventeen's music and the guy on the far right you said you liked is dino, the youngest. the guy you said had a lot of energy is hoshi (leader of the performance unit and also part of the BSS unit that did the song fighting). probably good to mention that whilst wonwoo usually is a little quieter, the killing voice was filmed not long after his mum passed away, so he was generally a bit more reserved then, and i've read that they tried to make it so that he didn't have as many parts that he had to do in the killing voice (he's doing well now though!)

An easier way to put names to their faces is watching sub unit songs. The 3 sub units are 1. Vocal-the Singers (Woozi, Jeonghan, Joshua and the 2 main vocalists Seungkwan and DK Songs: Pinwheel, Habit, Don't listen in secret, Second Life, Same dream/Same mind/Same heart, Come to me, Imperfect Love Hug 2. Hip Hop- the Rappers (S.Coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu and Vernon) Songs: Trauma, Gameboy, Check in, Back it up, If I, Lean on me, Can't run away 3. Hoshi is the most energetic when it comes to performance, hes the performance unit leader, that short guy hes not actually short in person its just that the members are giant 😅 kidding aside hes the "VoBo" vocal boss, vocal unit leader and the producer of Seventeen composed and produced all of their songs with Bumzu, that guy in glasses he has less participation bec during that time he just came back from hiatus of 1 month because of his mother's passing, actually its been hard for him to moved on, it took 1 year to see him smile again...anyway they have different roles and personality but theyre united, I recommend the long guide to seventeen video
