Nice one! Really appreciate you did the guide. It means a lot. Although I personally prefer a chronological order, there is not a "proper" way to go. But I remind you that you have the regular version of "Akatsuki" pending. 😁 🤘🦊

Good job and thanks for watching the guide, it is very good.🦊As for what order to follow, there are no rules so you could do it however suits you best, but there is a certain logic to going through their catalogue in chronological order and watching them grow and mature naturally. As well as the albums there are a few one-off cover songs you shouldn't miss: 'Over The Future' (cover of Su's group Karen Girl's song) 'Kimi to Anime Ga Mitai' (the cover of Kiba of Akiba's song - they played this live about 25 times early on) 'Tsubasa Wa Kudasai' 'White Love' (Su solo from Legend D, her 15th birthday) 'Chokotto Love' (Yui 14th birthday solo from Legend 1999) 'Love Machine (Moa 14th birthday solo from Legend 1999) 'Tamashii No Rufuran' (Su 16th birthday solo from Legend 1997) 'Painkiller and Breaking the Law' (in 2016 with Rob Halford from Judas Priest and again with Chad Smith from Red Hot Chilli Peppers on drums)

@@Grington300 I believe you covered them all! The only remaining songs would be the unique versions with no live/good copy (e.g., GJ! Rewards Vers, etc.), but they don't quite go with that list. My close 2nd has to be Yui's, Chokotto Love. Her "Wa Ha Ha Ha!" gets me every time! 😆🤣🤘🦊

Nice one! Amazing reaction to an amazing guide. There is really no particular order to experience Babymetal. However, there is some merit in doing them in Chronological order, to see the growth of the band. But, by no means a requirement of any sort. When available, you may wish to check out the MV of a song, and then a more recent live version. Other than that, whatever floats your boat! The only thing that should be done in order is "The Trilogy of Lights" --> 1). Starlight, 2). Shine, 3). Arkadia. With Starlight (and perhaps Shine) as potential unofficial tributes to the passing of Mikio, and Yui leaving the group (fan theory). 🤘🦊

⚡ 💀 💕 🍑 It's very cool to see you react to a BABYMETAL Guide, and this is a very good one. Clearly a lot of work involved. Great to see you invest the time. The current version has some great updates and corrections. There are still a few things I hope the guide creater will consider updating. I think it's more accurate to describe Sakura Gakuin as consisting of eight to twelve members, rather than ten to twelve. The group even started and ended with eight members. The October 11th, 2019 concert at the LA Forum wasn't the introduction of the Western Kami Band. Their first show was at Orlando, Florida on September 4th, 2019, and they performed at all the US shows on that tour. The guide doesn't specifically say the Forum show was their first appearance, but I think you could definitely get that impression. Kokona Kato from METALVERSE is better known as a Ciao Girl member, rather than being at Amuse Camp, which is just a training opportunity. A Fox Song, (the guide creator) thinks the Amuse Camp credit is more important since the supporting dancers of METALVERSE all attended it. That's a good point, but I'd include both.

I got into Babymetal with the latest album, which is the least Babymetal-like album as it doesn't have very much kawaii to it, but I listen to and enjoy all the albums when going back - I seem to be unlike many fans in preferring the most recent formation and the last two albums overall. I guess I don't have that emotional connection to the original lineup and music that others do so I'm not holding any 'baggage' in that sense.

This guide is really really good. I still miss the East Kami Hmm.. Sakura Gakuin - Graduation Toss. And if you feel like getting emotional.. the speeches on Su's graduation (2012 Nendo).. there's a subtitled version. There are so many things to react to.. The triology of light.. the Hill of Wisteria(East Kami tribute to Mikio.. they also sell a DVD of which sale proceeds go to Mikio's family). Pick a path.. some will probably complain about not being the right way.. others will continue here. Carve your own path! Thank you for reacting!

Great reaction! I always love when reactors take the time to watch this in full and pay attention. Kudos to you. 👍🏻 I don't know about everyone else, but I'm all for reacting to the albums in order. That way you really feel their evolution. Longer reactions or full album reactions will not be a problem. I personally prefer full album reactions. And if you react to a studio version of any song, you will no doubt get alot of comments either lamenting or out right condemning you for not exclusively reacting to a specific live version, they had in mind. Some people act like some songs live are completely unrecognizable from their (according to them) inferior studio versions. Please do not feel pressured to one thing or the other. Everyone always hears the studio version first. Always. Then if you like it, it's easy to find a great live version of that song. If instead you happen to find a compilation video where the footage spands their entire career and line ups, and may have lacking sound, you may not want to revisit that song. First impressions matter after all. 😊 If you have any questions about Babymetal, please don't hesitate to ask. You will receive the correct answers from a dedicated core of The One. Nice job on this. Love you reacted to the whole guide in one sitting. Their recent concert "Legend MM, Live 2024" has many releases available on KZbin. Several early songs like "Yava" and "Doki Doki Morning" were done in the conert. That's all to say you can experience some of their older material with very recent performances should you like. Everything from that show is perfection incarnate. Babymetal, Kami Band, Stage, lighting. You literally cannot go wrong.

There's not really a wrong or right order to listen and react to Babymetal songs. Personally, I would do a few off each album based on comments, you will eventually get around to doing their whole catalog. That being said, while you have already done it with Su-Metal's vocals throughout, I would actually suggest Moa and Momo's version of Headbanger as a double reaction for next time (Seemed like you were pretty interested in them as they were mentioned in the guide). For Moa's you can find "Moabanger" on K.S. channel and for Momo's you can find Momoko ver. on For The Fox God channel. Could also do Karate's official music video followed by the live version @ Download 2016.

Why do one album at a time why not just do random songs that span all four albums because they have a lot of songs and there's a lot of different variations of certain songs so why limit yourself to their first album and then not do anything other newer stuff because you got other albums between that and the current album

If he does an album at a time, he quickly gets caught up chronologically on their discography. Then following that, there are a decades worth of amazing live versions.
