First time trying a Massive 44+ Dish Veg Thali in Mumbai - Dara Singh Thali

Happy Anniversary to both of you. I don't know much about your family, you never introduced. Many happier returns. I have seen the previous video of Makke da roti and Sarson ka saag. Not very fond of North food. Belong to Puri ( Shree Jagannath Dham) in Odisha. I have lived in most of the major cities of India and some other countries. I have a penchant for home food , Continental, Bengali and South Indian non-spicy food. But see a lot of food blogs and try select restaurants too. You connect so well in your narration that a small affordable restaurant also becomes desirable. I, my young daughter and four year old grand daughter are food lovers. In this video I liked the Kadhi pakoda and Daal makhni. Sweets too. My loved food in a Punjabi home is Tandoor fresh rotis, fresh curd and salads . Spices and chillies and ghee are not our forte. Have loved the cake mixing video seen recently. Loved all your videos because you come off so well with all foods. I am an ardent admirer of Mr Kripal Amanna of Bangalore and a few others from Kolkata and Hyderabad. Stay connected through your videos. See you sometime. All the best. 😀

Madam.. quality of food is excellent.. but they don't serve regularly.. when we went for dinner they denied to serve Dara Singh Thali.. they said that we should have informed them in advance and confirm.. However the good part of them that on our request they served since we were with our children and they were waiting to see the Darasingh Thali..😊

Yes, you need to prebook Dara Singh thali at least one day to visit which I have mentioned in the video. It was so nice of them to manage it for your children 😊 Overall, the thali is good specially the starters and sweets

This is called Dara Singh Thali in the restaurant. Apart from Chhole, Dal Makhani and Kadhi Pakoda too are authentic Punjabi dishes. Also sarson ka saag and makke di roti but you need to develop your taste buds for it as everyone may not like it in the first time. This is a complete waste of money Let me explain why By the time you have the welcome drink appetizers are not fresh And by the time you finish the appetizers main course is cold. Rotis and naans need to come fresh from tandoori one by one. You can get unlimited veg buffet at Govindas for around 500. 7 people can have unlimited buffet instead of this ridiculous overpriced thali Even if you take thali ask.them to serve in courses and not all one time
