Hey, ‘dunker’ here 😁 wanna know how to stop the crumbs at the bottom of a tea (which no one likes). Dip half the biscuit and eat the dunked half, TURN the biscuit around and dunk the other half, but be careful not to fully dunk the other half otherwise you’ll have the original problem of crumbs at the bottom of your tea. Give it ago! 😁♥️ from 🇦🇺

Im impressed! not only by your presentation but the fact that you actually remember every thing you try, from brands, to textures, to flavor combinations, to style. you try so many things in every video and you can actually remember most of the times from what country the snack you tried that this reminds you of comes from! that's talent! and shows how much you truly care and how seriously you take whatever your audience sends you. I really wanted to send you something but my Israeli friends really gave you a great representation of israeli snacks!

I flew to Hawaii, with my parents, and we took a Norwegian cruise around some of the islands. I do not remember much, even though I think I was in high school at the time, but I do remember loving the views and the history (my family visited the Pearl Harbor museum and it was so cool getting to see pieces of what I learned about in history classes in school).

I'm lucky enough to live on Maui. Hilo is on the Big Island. Pronounced He Low. Kona is on the west side of the Big Island. The active volcano is on the south side. Favorit juice here is POG - Passion Fruit-Orange-Guava. The old fashion round bottle caps were the basis of the POG game of the 90's.

There is a big Japanese influence in Hawaii - yes, primarily because of the location. I've been to Hawaii twice - once on my honeymoon (Kauai) and once with family to renew our vows (Big Island and Oahu). We are going to Oahu in June for our 25th anniversary. If is wasn't so pricey, I would live there in a heartbeat - it is absolutely beautiful and relaxing.

Much of the Islands hotels and such are owned by the Japanese. In fact in Japan Vacation time often includes a trip there paid for in one of that companies holdings. When I was there with my kids they left Honolulu bowing to people as riding the elevator it was done every time. One of the great things about the state is its very multi cultural. So lots of Asian snacks and flavors.

I have been to Hawaii, a number of times, my parents loved it. Only time I ever flew first class was to Hawaii in 1972. Boy was I shocked at what flight really is as an adult. LOL. Kauai is my favorite Island. Been there 3 times never saw it rain during the day but did rain almost every night and it was SOOOO green. Called the Garden Isle for a reason I suppose. There was an amazing little hole in the wall called the Koloa Cafe best breakfast I have ever had. Also best luau I have ever been to at the Fern Grotto. The state is magical.

I’ve been to Hawaii four times, once with my family when I was a teenager and three times with my husband. We went on our 19th Anniversary and stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki, then my husband surprised me and took me to Hawaii the following year for our 20th Anniversary, late September, to Oahu, (where Honolulu is), then flew to Kauai a few days later and to Maui for our 25th Anniversary, stayed at the Waldorf Astoria in Maui...my hubby told the lady at check in it was our anniversary and she upgraded to a Suite! It was amazing and rented a car to drive around the island, saw and did as much as we could, and ate really good food and shopped! Lol... the only thing about September in Hawaii, it’s much more humid and hot. But we went swimming in the ocean, laid by the pool, had dinner at these restaurants with gorgeous views and took a lot of awesome pictures. There’s a store called ABC store, has a lot of Hawaiian souvenirs, snacks, candies, and beverages, and there’s ABC stores in Vegas too. So if you can’t go to Hawaii, check out the ABC stores in Vegas, you can still get those Hawaiian snacks and gifts. My mom lives in an Asian community in the Los Angeles area, there’s also a lot of Japanese and Hawaiian influences there also. When I visit my mom, I know where to get authentic Japanese and Hawaiian food and sweets, and chips. Plus there’s a Japan Town near the L.A. downtown area I visit when I can... Also, I visit Olvera Street, everything Mexican! Lol... I don’t live in the L.A. area for several years now but I know all the different ethnic communities around the L.A. county. I’m hungry, I think I’ll make myself a cheesy Quesadilla! Lol 😂. Btw, the Hawaiian chips, I have that in my food pantry! They’re so hot but so addicting, so are the Sweet Maui Onion, my two favorites!! 😁💖

Yay finally Hawaii! Nice selection, pretty good mix of touristy things and local favorites. My favorite is the li hing version of the hurricane popcorn but it’s even better when you get it fresh from kiosks or candy stores. I think Big Island Candies and The Cookie Corner are far superior to the Honolulu Cookie Co, personally I think they’re a bit overrated lol. I’d really love to see you folks try some of the odder selections from crack seed stores like lemon peel, olive cakes, prune mui, etc and you should definitely try to make goodie goodie/guri guri and butter mochi! They’re both super easy and yummy!

I lived in Hawaii for 3yrs as a child in the late 60's when my dad was stationed at Hickam Air Force Base on Oahu. I loved it, most of the kids went to school barefooted. We had dozens of fruit(mango, banana, papya, coconut, lychee, starfruit, guava)& flower (plumaria, hibiscus) trees & bushes in our yard. My dad & our neighbors all loved the Hawaiian beer called Primo Beer. I loved living there and there is alot of Asian people from Japan mostly that live there also along with the fantastic Asian food. I loved the( Li -he-moy seeds) or sour plums that are salted & dried, that I chewed on until it got soft then it's sweeter & softer. & the squid jerky my mom thought I was eating something rotten because of the smell but it tasted good. Then got to live on Kadena Air Force Base on Okinawa Japan as an adult (for 4yrs) which is called the Hawaii of Japan because it's a tropical island also. I don't drink very often but when I did I loved the longboard version of the kona beer because it has passion fruit in it they have a variety sampler case u can buy or order.

FYI...@8:0...Since >1920s, people from China, Japan, Philippines & Portugal immigrated to Hawaii to work sugar cane & pineapple fields. In doing so, they also brought their cuisine & traditions. After WW2, immigrants from Puerto Rico, Korea & Vietnam, among others, all contributed to local Hawaiian culture. P.S...1st time viewer

Alex and I are on the same page when it comes to wasabi, I love the heat better than pepper heat! The hawaiian chips are produced by the Tims brand here in washington. I've loved the sweet onion for years! I've had the hurricane popcorn mix with fresh popped popcorn and it's amazing with the warmth and freshness! Oh I also love Long Board beer. A few summers back it was my go to beverage! I lived across from a specialty beer store and definitely indulged lol

Ahh we wondered that!! Thanks for letting us know 🥰 woah having that popcorn warm must have been amazing 😍 That’s pretty cool you lived near a specialty beer store. Haha yeah Alex would have if he lived near one too 😆

Macadamia nuts are my favorite type of nuts from Hawaii. Have been there twice. Very expensive place to visit, but beautiful expansive scenery and a wonderful melting pot of cultures!😊🤗

Hi Guys-two things-if I can suggest trying the guava jam over cream cheese on a cracker! That would be awesome. Secondly, the Japanese Matcha Kit Kat’s-so yummy. They are my favorite. My nephew and his wife gave a small parcel or Japanese candies as wedding favors and I have been obsessed with those Kit Kat’s since❤️❤️.

Las Vegas has become home to many Hawaiian residents. It's dubbed the 9th Island. You will find many of these Hawaiian snacks and a couple locations of the Honolulu Cookie Company there. Also some amazing Hawaiian food in Las Vegas

Yes, it’s as amazing as it looks. You have to go. I have been several times to most of the islands and there is so much diversity that you see some new plant or animal everywhere you look. And, when you step off the plane...the warm trade winds, floral aromas and bird sounds hit you straight in all your senses. Wowza...and the colors and rainbows. And the water....Yeah, it’s spectacular. 🌈☀️🌊 PS- Honolulu Cookie Co. is THE BEST. My friend always gifts them to me and I have to hide them from other family members because they don’t last long. They are delicious. Also...as others have mentioned, huge Asian and Japanese influence in Hawaii, as you can probably tell from the food selection they sent.
