Always happy to watch you guys... I think the price of Soto Betawi and Gado Gado are premium, because the prices from "Pedagang Gerobak" are around Rp. 30,000 with rice and Gado-gado under Rp. 20,000, but it doesn't matter as long as the tastes is good , why not... Enjoy guys

It's fried shallots actually. We hardly use onions like in the US, except occasional brown onion. We mostly use garlic and shallots

😁😄 Cheyne with sambal.... One Scoop for one spoon... Amazing Man! The sambal usually one scoop or two is for a bowl! I remember when Cheyne was crying eating Lumpia with Cayenne pepper with it's stem (Bogor Culinary Episode, This episode is the best on your channel Man! Can't stop watching it again and again)

Better with bubur street food... and you need to put a bit sambal and Kecap manis to Soto betawi, it will get 9.5/10 Go for Kondro Karebosi at Boulevard Kelapa gading Jakarta Utara

Well.. for kerak telor... The better one is near istana pasar building baru at jalan pintu air. More moist.. and if you go down to the pasar baru wet market you'll find a 'not to fancy, but delicious' chinese style bubur stall. Hope you enjoy our city

you have to try bubur ayam at jl.petojo utara no.7 . its on the side of the highway near indomaret and they usually open at 7 am . that is the best bubur ayam i've ever tried in my life , highly recommended👍🏼

The difference from bonbin gado2 is they used cashews instead of peanuts, it give mild and more tasty then the peanuts ( my perspectives)
