To anyone worried about the car smelling like chlorine and all the other chemicals he mentioned, if you open all your doors and open your sunroof if you have one and let it air out for a couple hours it will literally smell like nothing.

When you go to the eye doctor and they dilate your eyes, they give you paper instructions not to drive a car for a few hours. A few hours later you can read the instructions.

I ended up with a nasty musty moldy smell in my convertible a while back. I got an ozone generator, put the AC on high on recirculate, and let the ozone run for an hour, then let it sit overnight before opening it up and airing it out. The nasty smell was 100% gone and the chlorine smell went away after a couple days. I've also used it at work in an office where the woman was complaining about a musty smell. She's been happy ever since

It converts o2 (oxygen) into o3 (ozone) and ozone breaks down smells 100x faster than oxygen does.

Do not breathe the ozone fumes after a few hours of sterilizing the interior open all windows and doors and step back for at least two to three hours do not breathe the fumes

Why spray Odor ban after Ozone? What was the point in using the generator then? You're meant to run the Ozone generator for maybe 40 mins then turn the car on and run the fans in the car on recirc for maybe 20 mins. Turn it off, let the car Air out for a bit and done.

So I found out if I set in my car with the ozone machine turned on for 60mins I don't have to shower for 3 months it's great you should try it... I bought one I've not used it yet but I'm sure I'll do the same as you and have to smell its just one of those things you've gotta do
